    I'm very interested in using VR in my learning and development department but I'm not sure it's cost effective and no one else that I have talked to in my field is using it. A lot of talk about it but no one is using it apparently,.

    I personally don't see AR being that practical for learning purposes. Arguably, it is extremely tiring to move your phone around and study from a 3D model in that manner and it also won't be as immersive as a VR experience.
    AR could instead be more practical for product visualization, potential customers of a specific product could place them in their houses and see if they indeed like it or not.
