Great no nonsense video, I must commend you for your politeness and effort when replying to comments, you seem like a decent humble down to earth guy. Keep up the great work!
Great video Harper. I’m not a fan of Chemical Guys products, but their water spot remover is excellent. I started using it when you featured it on previous videos
Agreed, I’m the same. The only product I use from them is the water spot remover. I imagine they will have a some great products, but from a professional point of view I’m happy with the products I currently use 👌🏼
Another great result! I was happy to see you uploaded today, I like to watch your videos on the weekend to de-stress from the absolute nutty working weekdays I seem to go through. I dunno what it is but it's a calming watch. I notice you have gone back to auto foam, any reason? Can you give me your mini review on GT snow foam vs autofoam (& touchless if used) and how you found them after no doubt using them loads? I initially thought you'd switched to GT after finding it better at cleaning. 👍 Subbed as well as I realised I wasn't!
Thanks man 👍🏼 I tried keep the videos pretty chilled so glad you enjoy them! I would happily use either if I’m going to be honest. GT is more economical as you use roughly half the amount but monetary wise it’s pretty much identical. I slightly prefer a slightly thicker, but not too thick foam which GT does well. The auto foam would probably be better for summer as the formula stays wetter for longer with it being a thinner foam 👍🏼
Here is a tip to stop the car locking & unlocking evey few seconds, Unlock the car first when starting & open the drivers door, walk off with the door open out the key in the van then go back to the car and shut the door it won’t lock again 🙌🏼🤙🏼
I find working with Audis it's better to leave the keys in the car - doesn't auto lock when you blast the door handles and keeps the mirrors from folding.
That wouldn’t make sense so I’ll keep it as it is 👍🏼 Might be worth changing your name though given that you can’t achieve a doctorate in detailing…ironic
The only reason I rinse from the bottom up is so I can see exactly where I have been with my pressure washer, as it’s the pressure of the water that removes the underlying dirt. If you start from the top then you would dilute the foam below and it would run off the panel, so you don’t necessarily know where you have rinsed, therefore you could very easily miss a spot. The pre-rinse stage is arguably one of the most important stages so I need to be thorough 👍🏼
There’s something therapeutic about watching a nice car being washed.
Beautiful car and beautiful video! Fantastic work as always!
Definitely the best at what you do , keep up the excellent work 👍🏼

Thank you very much 🙌🏼
You very organized and clean
Keep going I trust you have detailing magic
Perfect as usual !
Great job looks like new 💯👌
Awesome video!

Great work, was a pleasure to watch. Keep the key inside the car next time that will prevent the mirrors from moving during your wash 😉
Thanks Lars 👍🏼
I always do it 🙈
I do usually leave it either in my van or on the drivers seat but knowing my luck it like probably lock itself 😂
Excellent work as always 👌🏻
Either that or doing the same thing with opening the door but put the key in a pouch & it won’t lock again 🤙🏼
Hello, how u dilute pw? Thanks :)
How much do you charge for weekly maintenance ? This car?
Excellent work. I wanna ask something. Which dillution(Bilt Hamber Auto Foam) do you recommend for pump spreyer(2lt)?
Thank you 👌🏼👊🏼
For a pump spray 4% so 2000ml* 0.04 = 80ml product 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing Thank you for your response.
Can I use the protection wax on a ceramic coated car ? It’s better than Reload Carpro ? Thx 🙏
You certainly can, as long as it has no abrasives or cleaners in it 👍🏼
What do you use to stick in the show plates ontop of the cars number plate?
Double sided suctions cups 👍🏼
Do u not get any run off/staining with that spray on rinse off wax?
I have when it’s been too hot but only very slightly.
I have found that the more consistent with the foam the better 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing cheers
Nice video, what camera do you use?
Thanks man 👍🏼
I use a Canon 250D
Love from kashmir ❤️
Here is a tip to stop the car locking & unlocking evey few seconds,
Unlock the car first when starting & open the drivers door, walk off with the door open out the key in the van then go back to the car and shut the door it won’t lock again 🙌🏼🤙🏼
I usually do or leave the keys in the car.
As soon as I get the camera out my brain subconsciously forgets the the most basic fundamentals 😂
Is citrus magic safer than a non caustic tfr ? Cheers Joe
That’s what it pretty much is 👍🏼
What non caustic TFR are you using?
@@HarpersCarDetailing autosmart prestige. I also need to start diluting my car pro perl down, I just use it neat.
I find working with Audis it's better to leave the keys in the car - doesn't auto lock when you blast the door handles and keeps the mirrors from folding.
I usually do with auto locking doors, or unlock it, open the door so they don’t lock again then leave the keys in my van 👍🏼
Do you find the chemical guys water spot remover is better than the one you used previously la cosmetica or whatever it was
The chemical guys one is stronger and more cost effective.
I prefer the viscosity of the Labocosmetica product though 👍🏼
IMO you really should ditch that protector wax for Gyeon Bathe+. Beading is 10x better (only 15ml at 500ml water is enough)
I’ll give it a go 👍🏼
I like the sheeting from the protector wax though
@@HarpersCarDetailing I am curious on your thoughts. Thx!
Should change your name to Harper’s amateur detailing 😂
That wouldn’t make sense so I’ll keep it as it is 👍🏼
Might be worth changing your name though given that you can’t achieve a doctorate in detailing…ironic
Everything was acid free I take it ????? 🤔
Yes 👍🏼although acid can be very useful
I love the UK RUclipsrs, but most of y’all do not put US links ever. Nice video though.
In Germany they would call the Police :)
I try and use as biodegradable and water based products as possible 😊
Nice 👍🏽 but u made the front discs dirty
That’s rust from water 👍🏼
Start recording in 4K please…
I don’t have the processing capacity unfortunately so would take far too long to upload
Save yourself time and rinse from the top down so your not going back on the parts you have rinsed

Are you really trying to tell a professional detailer, who does this for a living and to a high standard, how to do his job!!!
and then the rain falls thanks
