- Sheltered by rocky cliffs and the endless sky, Shiva and her orphaned child, in a humble cave, tell a story of survival, hope, and maternal love. Shiva, with a heart full of love and calloused hands, today has rolled up her sleeves to tidy up the yard of their cave. She builds a warm and safe wall for her innocent child with the cold stones of the mountain, so that perhaps they can be a little away from the hardships of life and the heavy gazes of the city people.
In this harsh and cruel mountain, Shiva is not only a mother, but also a father. By cooking a simple meal of eggs and tomatoes, she spreads a table full of love and affection for her child. Her worried gaze is always on her two little chickens and her loyal sheep, who are her only companions in this big and cruel world.
