The direction of the rotor to wind the mainspring is unidirectional clockwise? I'm not an expert at all. I would like to know if in the settings of my winder, do I set it to unidirectional clockwise or bidirectional?

It is bidirectional automatic movement, and I don't understand your last sentence.
