I would recommend watching all of the Hype Boy music videos, they form one story that takes place on the same day, but from the different perspectives of the different girls, it's very well done. 2:20 "ooh her voice" That's Haerin who sings first in Hype Boy. 2:40 "ooh that little" with the shorts, that's Hyein, the maknae. 3:20 you went "oooh" again, I'll interpret that as "pointing them out" 😅That's Danielle (you also comment on her voice at 5:00), with the white jacket(?) and the jeans. At 4:42, it's Hanni (with the bangs) singing that same part. 4:00 "they can have you no more" that's Minji, the oldest. You're totally right though, they all have amazing vocals. 7:10 They filmed it in Spain 😊 The Hype Boy MVs as well. 7:55 Yeah they really shot it with lenses they would usually use for films/movies, I think. Starts singing at 17:23 18:01 Haerin 18:27 "I love that part; really smooth" I think you may have been talking about the choreo, but just in case, it's Hanni singing there (same part Danielle sung the first time). 18:50 "this look is my favourite" Not sure if you were talking about them all or the one in the middle, but in the middle is Hyein 19:18 "oh her voice; sugar, the way she says that" Danielle again. She's Australian btw, that could affect her English pronunciation :p Also Hanni is Vietnamese-Australian, so hearing them both speaking English together is really fun. The others seem pretty good with English as well, especially Minji and sometimes Hyein also randomly say things in English sometimes. Haerin not so much, but she's also generally the quiet one. Small note on the Cookie subtitles, they're kind of a rough translation, it seems they took liberties with the translations to make them rhyme in English (this goes for the others songs' subtitles as well btw), and some of the choices they (the company) made with the translation for Cookie does make it a little.. different. Still of course there are some English lines that also could be interpreted as questionable either way, but oh well. I agree that it's just meant to be cute and we shouldn't read too much into it, although I do feel like the company could have made some better choices here and there. One of the first RUclips content they released was them baking and decorating cookies though and of course it's adorable 😊 Sorry for the huge comment, but hope it's somewhat helpful :p
@@bobbysworld-z7z I'm unclear about Minji's connection to Canada, I've seen it mentioned once or twice, but do you have a proper source? Either way I do feel like younger generations might be more globally oriented and learning English from a younger age.
