How can people hear this and still disagree that the death penalty should not be brought back. Most decent people would agree its time to bring back the death penalty
Trouble is , look at the sort of calibre of police detectives you are going to get now . The general competency level in every walk of life now is much lower and mediocrity is rife . For this reason miscarriages of justice would be off the scale . Just imagine stepping to the gallows knowing you were innocent……….
What if the man or woman was innocent? It’s a very difficult thing to live with if you were the sentencing judge or prosecution barrister etc… more risks than benefits for this specific situ
They can look for fingerprints, they can watch cctv, can ask girl's friends, school teachers, deep and sincere effort towards the quest of truth opens so many ways and eventually truth is revealed. stop being naive. @@aaizaasghar3000
I am raging 😡😭 listening to the judge. Poor Sara. You were let down so many times. So much pain inflicted upon you. Yet another vicitm to the system!! RIP angel. 😢
I have a 7 month baby girl, I couldn’t imagine anyone doing that to my baby. I haven’t stopped thinking about this poor little angel, it makes me hug my baby girl so much tighter. I am so hurt listening to this and I’m over protective of my daughter and I couldn’t even care less if anyone thought I am crazy to over the top.
unfortunately there are people who do worse than these monsters did to Sara, example: Lucy Letby.. so whole life order is rare and given to the most extreme and unimaginable
I cant think how much pain have sara endure.i cant think of tht.i wish she coyld b still alive so i cn give her a very big hug and tell her evryrhing woll be okay
Did you wake up when it came James Buldger? Lucy Letby? Jon Venables? ..along with many thousands more. Even have you heard of the recent case that was trialled this year of Kate Roughley responsible for the death of Genevieve Meehan, who died after being left face down, tightly swaddled and strapped to a bean bag for more than 90 minutes at Tiny Toes nursery in Cheadle Hume, Stockport? No. Why?

This is so very heartbreaking such a beautiful young girl how can anyone in they're right mind harm such a beautiful little girl what they did to her is insane they should spend the rest of they're lives in prison throw the key away it's just so heartbreaking hearing the evidence it's shocking breaks your heart hearing what they did to her if I was a neighbour and heard screaming I would have phoned the police straight away no hesitation just so heartbreaking
I witnessed my neighbour kicking his son repeatedly for not calling him when his car was getting clamped . Poor kid must have been around 7 years old . He was playing outside in the front garden he didn’t even see what was happening to his father’s car . I came out and shouted at him to leave the kid alone . They have since moved . We just never know what is going on behind closed doors . Never in a million years did I expect to see this father kicking his young son so brutally . Sara is at peace now , no more pain and suffering 😢 ! Such a beautiful little girl . My heart was broken listening to what she had to endure during her young life .
I can’t believe so many people just stood by and did nothing, like Beinash’s sisters. How hard would it have been to give the police an anonymous tip off? I hope they feel some sort of guilt though I doubt it. Anyway what’s the point now 💔
Absolutely heart breaking. Poor girl. I was listening live on BBC and got gobsmacked when at 1:03:40 BBC decided to bring in a reporter for a minute to tell us what we are watching. Timing seems very, very suspicious and deliberate - see for your self 1:03:40. Censorship BIG TIME!

It’s an easy thing to say but what about when people are killed for a crime they didn’t commit? The reason why we abolished it in the first place.

They should be sent to their country to face jail. No, no death penalty in the UK.

That was very tough to listen to.

NOT FORGETTING THE DISAPPOINTING EDUCATION SERVICE FOR ALLOWING HER HOME SCHOOLING
SOMEONE SHOULD BE HELD TO ACCOUNT
That wasn’t the reason for home schooling.
I've never in my life listened to anything so tragic and inconceivable. My heart bleeds for little Sara.💔 RIP darling.
How come not a whole life sentence? These 2 does not deserve to feel the hope of being released one day.

From what?
Please allow my wife and I 5 minutes with these people to EXPLAIN what they did wrong !!
You would allow your wife to carry out punishment? You’re supposed to protect your wife and children that’s what’s gone wrong.
Really very sad…..rest is peace little girl

🤢🤢🤢 I'm feeling sick!!
They would have gotten death penalty in the US we don't take kindly to child abuse and murder
You are safe now angel. Rest in peace. Such a short life. And a horrible one 😔.
Only 33 years imprisonment to benash batool for such brutal murder. Pathetic decision made by UK. Completely unjust, unfair.
💔 my heart breaks

Nothing extraordinary. Her parents didn’t like a previous partner - so? She’s obviously making excuses of being vulnerable. When she was not.
👍👍👍
