I just ordered these and 2 of their gray toned sketchbook. I use to hate coloring because I could never get smooth/full looking colors so majority of my drawings are just black and white. I can’t wait to try.
I can understand this perfectly ;) A hint for you dear - Use colorless alkohol based marker for perfect blending :) Pigments of the color pencils will disolve and create nice full layer on your paper :) I'm also using good quality paper for my projects and for pencils I use - Canson Moulin du Roy Hot pressed paper (yes this is watercolor paper) ;)

I just ordered these because they looked rly good and would help me with my art GCSE compared to my other pencils i have, I have prisms colours but they aren’t round ones and round ones are usually the most blendable, smoothest and easiest pencils to use

Hi Millow :) My all time favourites paper is Canson Moulin du Roy Hot pressed. This paper is amazing for any pencils techniques as well as for watercolor techniques in my opinion. I'm using this paper for years now :)
Hi Lily :) Your English is great, don't worry :) Well it depends if you want to sell your artworks in the future. I like those pencils but you have to be aware that some shades will fade quite fast... Prismacolor also has some shades that are not lightfast of course but I would say Arteza pencils are beginner friendly for sure for good price. They have set of 120 avalible now :D

Awww thank you so much Paco for your kind words, I really appreciate it! Well to be honest I really like those pencils, Arteza did a great job with formulation and color selection. They belnd very easy with each other so I can create many shades out of 72 set of pencils. They've never break on me even tho I do like sometimes push a little harder on the lead ;)

When it comes to paper I found Canson Moulin du Roy hot pressed paper most usefull and great for both wet and dry technique :) Works great with all type of pencils and watercolors- so that's my all time favorite paper :) Plus it's 100% cotton and archival (acid free). Well they layer a little different than Prisma because they are a little harder than Prisma ;) They layer very much like Caran d'Ache Pablo pencils in my opinion :) they are a little more close to "oil" pencils than wax based :) But they layer veryyyy good :)

Hi Brenda :) I was drawing on Strathmore Bristol 300 series paper and this tool that I'm using to blend colors is colorless alkohol based marker by W&Newton :)
Hi :) Well not entirely but they have a lot in common if you ask me. They are not so soft as a Prismacolor for example hence you will be able to do some detailes :) I think there will bea video on my channel about it in the near future.

im sure i recommended these to you on another video. glad you liked them. i had the same small complaints that you had too. i also dont like the pre-sharpened shape of the flat tip. but other than that, i really like them. try the watercolour pencils too

Hey Wiktoria :) Są zaskakująco dobre jak na ich cenę i jakość oraz przyjemność podczas pracy. Są jak Prisma ale dłużej trzymają szpic i łatwiej zrobić nimi detale. Jeśli chodzi o ich światłotrwałość - nie przeprowadziłam jeszcze testów, ale z pewnością to zrobię na wiosnę :) Natomiast to co dało się zauważyć to kolory różowe (z niską światłotrwałością) zdecydowanie szybko tracą swoje nasycenie- co mnie w ogóle nie dziwi... Jak wszystkie kredki z niską światłotrwałością - niektóre kolory Prismy również płowieją. Czy są lepsze od Prismy? Nie, ale można je zaliczyć do tańszego zamiennika ;) Natomiast jeśli planujesz sprzedawać swoje prace to zdecydowanie radzę zakup profesjonalnych kredek z najwyższą światłotrwałością ;) Te z Artezy zaliczyłabym raczej do kredek hobbystycznych niż artystycznych. Mam nadzieję że pomogłam choć troszkę. Jak będziesz chciała więcej informacji to pytaj śmiało :) Pozdrawiam, Dominika :)

Yes indeed, they are just lovely to work with! I really like them and I'll use them more often for sure ;) Well I already tryed their watercolor pencils and made a review on them too- I like them too :D There will be review on everblend markers and waterbrushes by Arteza ;)

Hey Wiktoria :) Są zaskakująco dobre jak na ich cenę i jakość oraz przyjemność podczas pracy. Są jak Prisma ale dłużej trzymają szpic i łatwiej zrobić nimi detale. Jeśli chodzi o ich światłotrwałość - nie przeprowadziłam jeszcze testów, ale z pewnością to zrobię na wiosnę :) Natomiast to co dało się zauważyć to kolory różowe (z niską światłotrwałością) zdecydowanie szybko tracą swoje nasycenie- co mnie w ogóle nie dziwi... Jak wszystkie kredki z niską światłotrwałością - niektóre kolory Prismy również płowieją. Czy są lepsze od Prismy? Nie, ale można je zaliczyć do tańszego zamiennika ;) Natomiast jeśli planujesz sprzedawać swoje prace to zdecydowanie radzę zakup profesjonalnych kredek z najwyższą światłotrwałością ;) Te z Artezy zaliczyłabym raczej do kredek hobbystycznych niż artystycznych. Mam nadzieję że pomogłam choć troszkę. Jak będziesz chciała więcej informacji to pytaj śmiało :) Pozdrawiam, Dominika :)
@@DKdesign bardzo dziękuję za odpowiedź! Rysuje raczej hobbistycznie, na razie nie planuje robić prac na zamówienie, bo nie mam takich umiejętności :D szukam po prostu kredek, które będą się fajnie blendować i ich jakość będzie przystępna! Mam derwent coloursoft, ale na razie ciężko mi się do nich przyzwyczaić i póki co jestem na nie :D
