At first I thought you were going to use luz for the lorax part but the way you use all the grimwalkers, spitting the truth to belos and then die because of that, was brilliant.
Belos claims to be some witch hunter trying to "protect the world from evil", but I see right through his BS. He's addicted to power. Maybe his whole witch hunter motivation was how it started and what he uses to continue justifying it to himself, but somewhere down the line he fell in love with the power he gained and the control he has over other people. He certainly doesn't seem to despise using magic for his own ends. It's likely that his distaste for witches stems from the jealousy he feels about their natural ability to use such power.
Belos is just a power hungry guy with a grudge and a firmly desperate need for control who has built a world that was originally created for his own selfish safety, but quickly turned into a manifestation of that very hunger for power (which seems to be just the way he wants it)
With the new Finale, it seems to largely be not just power but Fame. He wanted to return home and become a legend for having been able to wipe out the demon realm

But how you use the Golden Guards in the place of the Lorax!!! Absolutely A+ casting since they are the ones who have always betrayed/stood against Belos, who always called him out but were murdered for it, while also acting as an excellent example of Belos' greed and toxicity and tendency to "consume" those around him, creating all these kids just to use and discard them. And of course the grim walkers themselves being symbols of Belos’ exploitation and overconsumption, being literal people created for Belos to use and abuse over and over just for his own pleasure and killing them once he’s done, a pointless and cruel waste of life.

I really love all the different designs of each golden guard. It really hits home the fact that Belos created so many and KILLED so many due to them realizing how evil he was.
I love the way you showed the line ‘who cares if some things are dying’ as the grim walkers dying. It showed how his starting morality died over a very short time through his envy of witches and his anger towards his brother growing for trusting witches.

I love the use of The Lorax’s part of the song all the way from 2:01 - 2:36 where previous Golden guards have stood up to belos and the in-between frames showing Belos killing them because he’s a exhausting man child who can’t face that he’s wrong. Also using the instrumental break to show Hunter growing up is brilliant!

It's called "Lullaby", but this time, it's an Owl House AU, where the covens are human barbarians, and the other main characters are humans, and the barbarians are exiled/banished by the king along time ago, the barbarians are also known as outsiders, the king's name is King Alador, and the queen's name is, Queen Odalia with three children, with Princess Emira, being the older twin and eldest child, and the heir to the throne, and the future queen, but is forced to chose a suitor, and wants to show everyone she's more than just a princess, Prince Edric, being the younger twin, and the 2nd eldest/middle child, and Princess Amity, being the youngest of the three. And in this AU, they address their parents by "Mother", and "Father", Emira and Amity were both trained to be proper ladies, and Edric was trained to be a knight. In this AU, Hexide isn't a school, it's a kingdom.
