Oh wow that sounds wonderful!!! When I was pregnant with Eddie our eldest, I ate so many cherries each day! They are his absolute favourite fruit now!

Hi could you advise I am going to drive to Bulgaria in 2 wks all being well, can you advise what card to use for fuel,tolls etc.Kind regards.
We’ve not been to Bulgaria and we just pay for tolls as we get up them, but we use the Revolut and Monzo credit cards as the exchange rate is much cheaper. Can you advise me on tolls in Germany and Austria as I don’t my want to get fined.
The van is the exact same one as your old one swift kit kontiki 649
Any advice will be appreciated

You’ll be fine in Germany but if you use the motorways in Austria it’s going to get complicated as you’re over 3.5 tonnes. Either avoid the motorways in Austria like we do or go to someone like Easygo easygo.com/en/location/austria/toll-roads-vehicles-over-35t

Can you give me some pointers as to the road numbers you used then please
I don’t want to pay there tolls but our vans are big for there mountaineer roads aren’t they , but if you have driven it I am willing to give it a go
I need all the advise I can get.
Oh I have just after 6 yrs of having my Kontiki. Put mains water connection on my van so that I can have the hose connected all the time. And never run out of shower water when n site
My dealer said I could not be done but I have done it works great and fitted ball valve in the tank so that when we leave site we already have a full tank of water.

I’ve always had manual gearbox Motorhomes so I’m fine with it but I hear the new 9 speed auto gearbox is good so we may give that a go on our next van
