Great tips for organizing! Have you ever tried space bags? They take up less space, since you end up vacuuming out the air.

Love the bag and color idea! A couple of months ago I got frustrated with my minis and sorted them by weight in a sterilite 3 drawers ( drawer 1: 5+gr drawer 2 10+gr and drawer 3: 20+ gr) but it’s not a good solution for my leftovers over 20 grams.

I store ALL of my yarn in bags-moth proof and dust proof them. SO..I sort my scraps in their own bags, BUT I also separate by yarn weight. I have a huge number of Knit Picks yarn in the same color and two different weights. I need the weight separation, also. 🙂

Does your method keep moths out and prevent damp in plastic bags

So far I have not encountered any dampness (i have the bags in an open bin against a wall I wouldn't put it by a heater or window that might cause dampness) and no moths. I would assume moths couldn't get at the yarn unless they laid eggs in the yarn before it was put it in the bags.
