ہم وہی بنتے ہیں جو اپنے اندر بھرتے ہیں یہ ہمارے اندر بہت گہرا اثر چھوڑتے ہیں۔۔۔۔آغاز کلام میں اس طرح کے جملوں نے ورک شاپ میں زبردست جان ڈال دی۔۔۔
یہ ہمارے معاشرے کا بہت بڑا المیہ ہے کہ اس پر جتنا نوحہ کیا جائے اتنا ہی کم ہے ۔ہمارے گھروں، نظام تعلیم،اور اشتہاروں میں انسان کو کارآمد اور مفید بنانے کی کبھی کوئی ترکیب نہیں بتائی گئی ۔لذت، سہولت اور رفتار جیسے غلط اقدار میں ساری انسانیت کو اس طرح جکڑ لیا گیا کہ وہ ان کی پہلی اور آخری ضرورت بن کر رہ گئی۔اور پھر آخر کے پانچ سوالات اور ان پر تفصیلی گفتگونے ذہن کو اور کشادہ کر دیا،فکر و سوچ کے کئی روشن زاویے ملے
اللہ کرے کہ میں اس سے اپنے بچوں اور عزیزوں کو ان حقائق سے مستفید کرنے والی بنوں آمین۔

It takes time ,dedication and consistency....
I live in the West , ppl have been changing their lifestyle too since last 2 decades , and specially since last decade it's been working progressively , When I started (like almost 7 years ago) changing my lifestyle and attracted towards Holistic approach, I have seen a significant difference in the effeciancy of my day to day performance ( Alhumdolillah)♥️...
But when I started conveying this to my kids & family, they completely denied adopting it..
However, it seemed impossible in the beginning but I didn't give up(Alhumdolillah, Thanks to Allah SWT who Blessed me with this courage)...
Initially, my kids laughed at me while I was teaching them the facts behind the good and bad choices but they realized gradually.....
And I also stopped buying unhealthy food items one by one , so they wouldn't get shocked ☺️ to see that why I am getting strict on food choices....
But I adopted an approach to use the logics and reasons behind it, as I didn't want them to give up these habbits sadly but pleasingly and also with their own choices...
So , eventually, almost after Six months, it became successful!
It really worked in changing their minds,...And they admitted this fact and inclined towards healthy choices....
During that time period ,when I used to feel like that they might get fed up with my talks or lectures☺️, I used to put some interesting videos related to this topic on TV from RUclips , so they could listen the same message from the other sources, when I used to find them around the living room/or lounge...
And Since last of couple of years , I'm making my parents aware of this too, whenever I get a chance , as they live in Pak...
Now they are changing gradually too and noticing the significant difference in their lives (Alhumdolillah)...
So I must suggest you, don't give up and do your best♥️👍..
May Allah SWT bless us with the wisdom to know the difference between right and wrong choices in every aspect of our lives.

Finally finally finally,...Someone talked over this topic which is badly neglected in our society...
I live in the West but when I adopted Holistic approach and tried to educate my family & extended family on my trips to Pak, they used to listen to me and realized as well but unfortunately, ☹️ I haven't seen a big difference in their lifestyles ...
But after listening this lecture ,I am so hopeful for the ppl living in Pak and all the rest who get benefits from this lecture In Sha Allah

We should be very thoughtful about what we put inside our body....it has a great impact on our physical and spiritual health
Should not go for junk we should always try to stick to natural food choices
If we take care of ourself we will be able to perform very well...
