Sam you’ve inspired me to not view lifting in such a complicated way and to simplify my approach. Combining that with high intensity sets has given me so much motivation day in day out.

However after watching your vids you motivated me going full berzerk with the weights! And oh man the pump I got after the workout 😂+ I also bought an oversized t-shirt which motivated me even more when I saw the pump after the workout💪 your vids are very raw yet so entertaining! Keep up the work legend!!
His argument for pre-workout caffeine/vasodilation and intra-workout music/hype makes sense; if you forget it or don't have it, just have the best workout you can, otherwise if it helps you more often have better workouts, that will be a benefit to you in the long-term. Feel free to cycle off of them occasionally to see if you don't need them or do need them or to re-sensitize to them, but why avoid them if the risks are low and there may be benefits? It's not like PEDs, which may destroy your internal organs or kill you or whatever.
