    I used to go to the gym with quite ”silent attitude” as one could call. Not going too crazy with the weights and being all too nice to myself. However after watching your vids you motivated me going full berzerk with the weights! And oh man the pump I got after the workout 😂+ I also bought an oversized t-shirt which motivated me even more when I saw the pump after the workout💪 your vids are very raw yet so entertaining!     His argument for pre-workout caffeine/vasodilation and intra-workout music/hype makes sense; if you forget it or don't have it, just have the best workout you can, otherwise if it helps you more often have better workouts, that will be a benefit to you in the long-term. Feel free to cycle off of them occasionally to see if you don't need them or do need them or to re-sensitize to them, but why avoid them if the risks are low and there may be benefits? It's not like PEDs, which may destroy your internal organs or kill you or whatever.

    Legitimately laughing ab the arm size, if u hit 15 inch arms as a beginner u r hella gifted, i started at 9 inch arms, I had sticks for limbs lmfao, close to 15 in rn, come a long way, but of course we shooting for 16+ lean, road to 180+ let’s get it mr president.
