My wife broke Tibia and Fibula clean in half just over the ankle a bit over a year ago, many gross blistering bubbling complications, two plates installed, screws popping through the skin, both plates removed a few months apart, later she's made full recovery with very ugly results, and she's over 65 years old. Stay positive, lean on your man. 👍😎✊

Stacie's wrist looks like mine! I incurred a Reverse Barton's Fracture of my Distal Radius, in October, 1991. I have a very similar plate. I had some complications (did a push-up when I was asleep), so mine had to be re-broke/reset and external fixation was used, along with the plate. I'm glad things are going well. Here's to a great 2025!

Glad you are healing well, keep up with therapy, I too have been dealing with wrist injuries mine was voluntary and on my left wrist.
