O General AC customer care as well as authorised dealer and service centre don't attend the service call. The service is very worst👎. I don't recommend O General ac. I purchased split 1.5 ton ac last year may 2023 from authorised dealer at Una (HP) .The first dry service was not done properly and flap and swing are not working properly. The service centre is not having qualified and experienced staff. The second free wet service has not been done even my so many times service request. They themselves are clossing the service request without doing the service.

Ac me iske takkar ka koi ac nahi hai mai apne ghar aur shop me 10 ac laga rakha hu pichle 12 saal se , Window AC me to abhi tak koi problem hi nahi dekhne ko mila split me thoda bahoot problem aaya to wo service centre wala solve Kiya......ac isse badhiya koi nahi pure Copper me hai
