Great video , however it’s amazing to me folks still do not understand basic fishing 101 just amazes me , this is one of the main spots a patterns you should always run in winter time bottom line.

@@BassFishingDeclassified A lipless can really be productive this time of year. Right now, we have a monster storm blowing through with torrential rain and wind gusts up to 50 mph. I'm heading out to the lake tomorrow to see what the storm stirred up. Water temps will still be well above 60, but that water is gonna be chocolate milk. I'm thinking bladed jigs and spinner baits. And of course I'll have a lipless tied on!

He uses a 6’8 Denali Lithium Jerk bait rod. They do not make that style rod anymore. Denali now has the lithium pro series which is an improved model. If he did not have that rod he would order the Denali Attax Ozark Series 6’8 Medium Jerk bait rod.
You're idea of cranking slow and mine are def different. You were burning it in my world. I'll remember that. I move too slow with my retrieves and I know it.

That storm went through up here but we did not get the heavy winds. Sounds like a bladed jig / spinnerbait day for sure! Good luck!

We have not.. tomorrow we have one coming out where temps were 48-52. Similar lake but in the lower end. Thanks for the feedback!

This can depend on the weather leading up to the day or even the day of. Also depends on what section of the lake you are fishing.

Jimi will retrieve it faster then that even at times even in the cold water temps. When water temps get really cold he will start going slower ….
