I wanted you to know that you have helped change my life. I’m not sure if you ever read my comments. I am rewatching all your nomad videos and I’ve gotten to the one where you say you’re not sure about talking about your pain you are in. Migraines became new to me in 2019 set a whole new border up of fear in my life. I became scared to leave my house. One you talked about a migraine cocktail which I do most of at home and helps me prevent or get rid of one starting… and two I see you living your life even with pain and aches. It shows me that just because you feel one way doesn’t mean you’re in bed the rest of the day. You go out and enjoy life. You do this all alone too. You’ve really helped me pick up my big girl pants and brought me out of my shell. You have amazing strength and courage. Thank you for sharing even the pain you feel. It makes a difference to me.
Zofran, Benadryl, and I think she said Tramadol or something with a T… I only have zofran and Benadryl at home so if I take it soon enough I’m good to go.
Trying seeing a naturalpathic doc that will actually diagnose you!l and get to your root cause! Also, look into muscle testing! I'm in southern California and can recommend a doctor here.
The scrub daddy is meant to harden to become more abrasive in cold water and then it softens in warm water! I like them because they don’t become smelly + they dry a lot quicker than traditional sponges. Okay rant over 😂 love your moving vlogs and I’m excited to see some more Oregon content!
Girl! My sister bought me an electric candle lighter for Christmas. It is a game changer! She said she got it from Amazon. And it reduces waste and is rechargeable.
I have been watching you since 2014 and there isn’t a more deserving person! Enjoy the new home!! You have beyond earned it with all your hard work sharing your life with us!!😊
I can’t wait for the apartment decor content! Just because you’re renting doesn’t mean you can’t customize. Renter friendly peel & stick wallpaper, tile stickers, backsplash stickers, cabinet contact paper, countertop contact paper, etc has come such a long way! I love watching renter friendly re-do’s for inspo!
I love everything you bought!! Your home is going to look so cozy, warm and welcoming!! I am so happy for you, and so excited for your future endeavors. Again, I wish you all of the happiness, serenity and blessings in your future!! Take care, Taylor!! 🖤✌️🥰
Couple of ideas for you....IKEA, HomeGoods and other places have colanders that are silocon and "squish" to nearly flat - dishwasher safe, Amazon has a candle heater - ok, sometimes you want the scent, but dont want the flame...you set your candles (like the ones you showed in this video) on this pretty plate with a lamp like top and it gently warms up the candle - viola" - scent! Don't buy cheap towels for the kitchen - trust me, a few extra $ is worth it. ENJOY!!!! HUGS and best wishes.
Taylor, I just want you to know that I find so much joy in watching your channel. Even though you bought a candle from bath and body works. Nothing compares to the scent of your love you loads candle it is my absolute favorite candle of all time. Thank you for just being you. Good luck in this next chapter of your life.
As someone who is also re-moving out of their parent's house, this video is getting me so excited to set up my kitchen. And other areas but mostly the kitchen
I used to watch you for years when I was a teenager, I'm now in my late 20s and somewhere along the lines I lost myself and stopped engaging in things that brought me joy, like watching your videos every single time you uploaded one. I've finally settled down with someone and we are having our first child, and I finally feel like I've found myself a little more. I'm glad I opened up RUclips and saw your new videos, and I'm looking forward to watching the last 2 or 3 years worth of content! ❤❤❤
I do not have that same Shark robot vacuum, but I do have another model from Shark, and I LOVE it! I have three cats and a kid and we're in and out of the house all day. It really helps keep the dust and dirt levels down. I do still need to use the regular upright vacuum once a week on the carpets (I use the Shark Vertex), but that is to be expected. The house stays a lot cleaner with the robot vacuum.
I raced to watch this video. I love when you do home stuff. This legit feels like a FaceTime with a favorite friend. I love how you research everything, give us useful information, let us into a bit of your reasoning. You're like a catalyst that clears out/inspires me to tackle something I have been avoiding. I so enjoy your channel, thank you for sharing all these years.
So excited for your new place and seeing a bit of Oregon in your upcoming vids. A word of warning about the black measuring cups/spoons. I bought a similar set from Target about a year ago, and I just had to throw them out because the black coating started to flake off into my food. Beautiful for sure, but I’d be wary of the longevity.
I have been so busy the last few years and working as an expat in a different country, my life has been limited and boring. You have motivated me to look at my life objectively and make my small ,work provided accommodation more cozy and organized, stock my fridge and jazz up my morning coffee. Thank you!
My fav, must-have items that make life easier and prettier and don't fall apart on me: Keep the gold measuring cups. Wood handle ones won't hold up to the dishwasher and the wood glue craps out/handles come off. Better off with the all metal ones. Hard to beat bamboo sheets for cooling plus no flame retardant chemicals needed for bamboo so double win. Highly recommend 10/10. Invest in a ceramic knife. Taylor, I absolutely DEPEND on your reviews and suggestions of lifestyle and household items in addition to makeup! I have diagnosed OCD and all of the research that I’m compelled to do before ANY purchase sometimes bogs me down. I always feel like I can trust your recommendations and the research you’ve done behind every purchase. Thank you!
Ahhh, it can be so fun to shop for a new place. I put a couple of things that you mentioned on my Amazon wish list. Thank you! Looking forward to more moving vids. 💜
You should keep the gold measuring cups 😍 So happy with where you decided to move! You seemed so happy exploring the outdoors there, and I can’t wait for more videos like that!🥰
One of the most fun things about moving is the reset of all your “stuff”. When we moved from our town home into our single family I donated a bunch of old stuff and redid our vibe. Soooo much FUN!!!
Of course it is! When you have money to do it. I never had extra money to do things like that. Mine were secondhand things from thrift shops or family or honestly the trash 😮
Congratulations Taylor!! Loved watching your Digital Nomad journey (and living vicariously through your adventures). I am very excited to see you settle into all the cozy homey vibes. I definitely relate more to this content, and I'm so excited to continue to watch you in this next chapter!! Wishing you all the best ❤🎉
Same bedding vision and finally splurged on the PB Hydrocool down alternative *plush option* duvet insert. This. Is. It. Took me decades to find it/splurge and should've done loooong ago. Weighty, so I'll prob put a thinner one under it for summer, keep this over it and turn it down at night (but still have the fabulous full poofy look when I make my bed). LOVE. Enjoy setting up your new place - love seeing the progress! xx from Bend😊💜
It’s so exciting to see where you’re moving after all these years! It’s super surreal for us too. To see you going back to the place you always said you’d live when you were older is so inspiring because I’ve been wanting to get back to Arizona my home town and my favorite place on earth after all my travels. Love your videos we will follow you no matter where you go because your integrity has never changed. Thank you Taylor ❤❤
Also got that vacuum on prime day. I have lots of hair, a dog, 2 cats and a baby. love it. I have it programmed 1x a day while I’m at work and it’s perfect. I still go over my floors with my regular vacuum about 1x per week, but it’s so much better than daily. Has never gotten stuck or clogged. Bonus, we are much more tidy now because we keep laundry or toys picked up and off the floor so that it can run. 10/10.
Having herniated discs in my neck with bone spurs, pillows have become a serious life requirement and the research and amount of incorrect pillow I have purchased is astonishing. I have the black matte silverware and have had them for 7 years and they still look good. However suffering from the neck pain is real and has truly changed my life and lessened my quality of life for sure. I am so glad you seem so happy on your new journey.
My wife and I recently downsized and moved into an apartment in the city. The appliance I cannot recommend enough for small spaces with 1-2 people is the Beast blender. We got ours on sale at Costco but I think it goes on sale on Amazon every so often. Boy was that the best investment - we make our own green smoothies and juices that taste like they're fresh pressed, pasta sauce, soup, you name it. It's also so beautiful I don't mind having it out on our counter. Enjoy your return to the PNW!
Have the same type of dish sponges that you got and I absolutely love them! And they're better for the environment because you can just throw them in the washing machine once a week and reuse them 🙌🏻
The way the candle conversation reminded me that my Anchored Northwest candles are used up. Would love to buy another stash of Head Turner at some point!
I haven't commented much but I've been watching you since the leopard rope days. I feel like I grew up with you in every step in my adult life. I'm so happy that you found a new apartment and place to come home! I'm excited to see everything you're going to do in the future!
I had a Shark robot vacuum previously and liked it pretty well. Had the self emptying one. It clogged often BUT it's because I have a corgi who sheds like CRAZY so I think it'll do great for you! If it does get stuck, check the wheel on the bottom because it'll probably be a piece of your hair that wrapped around it (that happened a time or two for me lol). Excited to see your new place! I almost moved to Oregon from Washington last year, too, but life got a bit weird so now I'm in Sweden. 😂
Shark robot-vac tips ! I cannot express my love of the Shark robot-vacuum enough!! There are a few things to keep in mind though… I also have long hair that sheds A LOT especially during hair wash/dry days. I keep a small handheld vac in my bathroom to quick sweep all of the majority of the hairs that fall onto the floor & sink after doing my hair *BECAUSE* the vacuum gets clogged with hair in the roller after awhile. It gives an error that it has debris clogging it, but you have to unscrew the roller from the machine and clean the hair out of the corners and then replace, and it works like a dream again. It’s a bit of a pain but it is MUCH improved with a small handheld vac gathering the majority of the long hairs, and it is still 100% worth having even with the nuisance of cleaning out the hairs from the rollers every month or so. I am always amazed at the dirt and dust that it picks up!! Sending all of the good vibes on the new apartment and new stage of life!! 🫶🏼
I agree with you about the pillows, very high end. Unfortunately I had to return because the “noise” the cover made was so annoying I just couldn’t do it.
Congrats on the new place! It seems like just yesterday when you announced that you were selling everything and traveling. I can’t believe it’s been 2 years!
So excited to see this! I recently moved to my first apartment and I'm so glad this is coming at this time! Good luck with your new apartment can't wait to see more!
This is so crazy to watch now bc ever since your moving announcement video I went back to watching your moving vlogs from when you left the place you owned into the loft in Seattle and then binged all your moving vlogs when leaving Seattle! So interesting hearing you talk about moving across country for a few months to live in NYC or Boston knowing what 2 years of adventures were about to happen!
I toured the Epicurean plant in Duluth a few years ago. Totally interesting how they make the boards and the nicest people working there. Now you can send a nod towards Lake Superior every time you use it. Random, I know, but I’ve thought about that company many times since.
Tip for anyone who wants a tidy closet - baby velvet hangers. I changed from regular slim hangers to baby hangers and my closet looks so much better. I dont think it would work for men, but they work for all of my clothes - dressed, tops, pants.
Yesss love bath and body works hand soaps. They’re the only ones I use!! But only the foaming idk I’m so weird with soap, most soaps I feel like I can’t fully wash off and that feeling makes me crazy lol, and they don’t dry out my hands. Love them
I am invested in the bed journey! Def keep us updated. I keep repurchasing the same pillows and sheets just because I don't want to hate them. But I think I could level up the cozy.
Also for the knives by covers if you’re not hanging them on a magnetic strip or wrap them in leather knife bag. They can be dangerous in your drawer if they’re not in a block or covered and those look like they may have come without a cover
It’s something about the simplicity of your make up in the beginning. You’re so pretty! Congratulations on your move, again. Excited for the apartment content this time around ❤
On the automatic vacuum. 3 out of 4 of us in my house have to leave the house when it runs because it induces a migraine from its constant low hum. My husband loves it, though, and doesn't bother him. Congratulations on the new apartment. Those green glasses are pretty and I love the different tones in that cutting board.
Great shopping haul! Can't go wrong on bath n body works hand soaps and room fragrance sprays. And I'm all about a cozy hotel style bed as well. I bought a new mattress , frame n pillows last April. Zero regret! You're going to love your new home❤️
Just a thought, I'd keep the measuring cups with metal handles rather than the ones with wooden handles. The metal ones you can put in the dishwasher, the wooden handles probably aren't going to do well in the dishwasher.
I happen to be researching bedding right now as well. I came across a wool comforter the Frankenmuth Woolen Mill wool comforter that is 5lbs for the king size and remembered you mentioned wanting something with more weight. It doesn't have that fluffy look that down does but you could potentially put something top to still get that cozy look (if what you got doesn't work out).
Just for the record I LOVED your black and white phase. I have 3 kids and it’s just not in the cards for me. ❤️ You make every style work so I’m here to see you cozy up your new place!!!
I wanted you to know that you have helped change my life. I’m not sure if you ever read my comments. Me too
The scrub daddy is meant to harden to become more abrasive in cold water and then it softens in warm water! I like them because they don’t become smelly + they dry a lot quicker than traditional sponges. Okay rant over 😂 love your moving vlogs and I’m excited to see some more Oregon content!

The way I ran here to see updates on moving!! Congrats at the new place, so many adventures await you!
Congrats on finding where you want to be!! Shopping for new home stuff is ALWAYS SOOOOO fun!! ❤
This is going to be SO much fun, seeing you move in..... and all the things you will be buying!!🖤🖤🖤
Girl! My sister bought me an electric candle lighter for Christmas. It is a game changer! She said she got it from Amazon. And it reduces waste and is rechargeable.
I love mine!
You can also put TWO duvets in side the cover. I learned that is what a lot of stores do when they stage their bedding to make it look extra plush.
I have been watching you since 2014 and there isn’t a more deserving person! Enjoy the new home!! You have beyond earned it with all your hard work sharing your life with us!!😊

So happy with where you decided to move!
I’m so excited for you! It would be fun to see if you can find some good secondhand, estate sale, or thrifted items too!
So excited for you! Can’t wait to watch all the shopping and moving videos.
You can get a cooling mattress cover. We picked up one from Target and it’s great. We’ve had it over a year and haven’t had any issues.
A pillow top mattress cover… and bamboo sheets. I will never go back. I saw these were a must in making your bed hotel luxury quality.
So happy for you that you have chosen a base. Love all your new things. Much happiness in your new home xx
I hope your move is going well! Love a good house/moving video. 💜
I love home content so much! I wish you luck with your relocation and I hope you're happy there!
I can totally see you doing van life in the future like my husband and I have been doing ! :)
I love the scrub mommy one. It has a spongey side, I find it works so so well.
I haven't commented much but I've been watching you since the leopard rope days. I feel like I grew up with you in every step in my adult life. I'm so happy that you found a new apartment and place to come home! I'm excited to see everything you're going to do in the future!
So fun and exciting for you! You're beginning the next leg of your journey through this thing we call life! Those pillows are now on my wish list!
So excited for you Taylor!
Much happiness in your new home! I cannot wait to see how you make it your own.
the moving contenttt 😍 I'm woring on moving for the first time ever this year and I'm hyping myself up watching these. Can't wait to see more!
So happy for you!!!! Excited to watch all of the home videos!!!!
wohooo looove moving vlogs.. I hope you will be happy in your new place 💮
something I discovered last year: machine washable shower curtain liners. Game. Changer. rather than the funky clear plastic ones
I never knew such a thing existed! 😮 Do you mind sharing which store you found them at?
I agree with you about the pillows, very high end. Unfortunately I had to return because the “noise” the cover made was so annoying I just couldn’t do it.
It's going to be so fun to see you in your own space again. Can't wait to see how it all turns out!
Congrats taylor! been a follower since 15 days of foundation! iam immensely proud watching you grow! excited for all the apartment content! ❤
I can't believe it's finally happening ! it feels surreal for us as well
Congrats on the new place! It seems like just yesterday when you announced that you were selling everything and traveling. I can’t believe it’s been 2 years!
same man!!
Long time watcher and I always enjoy your videos so much! Your new apartment will be beautiful!
This is so exciting! Also your hair is looking good! ❤
The Cosori brand, of that old tea kettle where you could choose the temp setting, also makes a clear kettle
I started watching you when you moved into your last apartment and been here since! I’m so excited for this new journey of yours💛
Aah I can’t wait to see it!! I loved all your older decor ideas but I am here for the wood/cozy vibes
I am SOOO excited for your new place. I remember your old place in seattle too you always have such good decor and taste! happy moving! :)
Love them
So excited for you and the home content! I’ve heard people will also put 2 duvets in a duvet cover to get that look 😊
If you haven’t tried the scrub mommy, it’s half scrub daddy half soft sponge, and can still go in the dishwasher to clean. So good!
I am invested in the bed journey! Def keep us updated. I keep repurchasing the same pillows and sheets just because I don't want to hate them. But I think I could level up the cozy.
I'm 4' 11 and step stool are a must! 😘 I like browsing on Ikea & Etsy for decor ideas. And Kohls will randomly have good sales on housewares
So excited you get to settle down for a little while! Love you T!
Congratulations on your apartment! Great new items that you picked for it! 😊 🪴 🏡
I love these kinds of videos! This is going to be so much fun!!
Also for the knives by covers if you’re not hanging them on a magnetic strip or wrap them in leather knife bag. They can be dangerous in your drawer if they’re not in a block or covered and those look like they may have come without a cover
It's so sweet to see your journey. I hope you find joy, rest and happiness in this new chapter ❤️
It’s something about the simplicity of your make up in the beginning. You’re so pretty! Congratulations on your move, again. Excited for the apartment content this time around ❤
I have been looking for a heavy duvet for years. I am very excited to hear what you think about this one.
Bamboo sheets are life changing, if you like cool touch bedding!
When you announced that you were moving I was so excited for this content again!
Here's to settling in well into your new apartment. I hope you are very happy there.❤
Great shopping haul! Can't go wrong on bath n body works hand soaps and room fragrance sprays. And I'm all about a cozy hotel style bed as well. I bought a new mattress , frame n pillows last April. Zero regret! You're going to love your new home❤️
hi Taylor! i also wanted the fluffier bed linen lewk, so I used two duvets inside a king size duvet cover. love it!
Just a thought, I'd keep the measuring cups with metal handles rather than the ones with wooden handles. The metal ones you can put in the dishwasher, the wooden handles probably aren't going to do well in the dishwasher.
excited for all the moving videos
I happen to be researching bedding right now as well. I came across a wool comforter the Frankenmuth Woolen Mill wool comforter that is 5lbs for the king size and remembered you mentioned wanting something with more weight. It doesn't have that fluffy look that down does but you could potentially put something top to still get that cozy look (if what you got doesn't work out).
Loving the new place! Congrats
I am so excited for you!!
I am stoked to see the moving vlogs and the content to come!
Can't wait to see how it turns out!!! *takes notes for my new place*
Im so excited for u Taylor! And us! Congratulations on ur new home base. 🎉❤
Just for the record I LOVED your black and white phase. I have 3 kids and it’s just not in the cards for me. ❤️ You make every style work so I’m here to see you cozy up your new place!!!
