Hello
Except you purchased that photograph on the wall from the original author(the first house she walked into) then you should take it down cause you could be sued. That photograph belongs to an artist I know. Time stamp 2:19
This price is actually very good. Cuz Most people fall in this price / income range . This is worth checking out. Great job Eden. More of this affordables pls. 👌
Beautiful home 🏡
I pray who ever read this become successful 🙏 🙌 💯 👏 ✨ ❤

Even confidence was shaken by the bathroom in the two bedroom bungalow 😂😂😂😂. The shower is right over the toilet. Yet they could have done better by reducing the size of the bedroom a bit to get a sizable bathroom where there could install a spacious shower cubicle
Or just made it one very well done bathroom for the visitors and the second bedroom, and have two doors from both ends.
not to mention the ugly tiles and terrible colour combinations ,and dark corners in the house.thats why you have google, google development ideas and put some damn greenery ,idjits!
The price is good. I live abroad and would love to buy a house back home. Security is the main concern with Nigeria in general. It would be weird to buy a house in Nigeria and be afraid to go spend time in your house because of security concerns. If only we can enhance the security situation in the country.
You’d be fine once you get into Nigeria. Especially in the cities (Abuja).
The bungalows look very cute and they have been present well.
What I love about the estate is the quietness of the estate, away from all the hustle of traffic.
Well done Confidence
Thank you Ufuoma 😊🙏🏾
@@edenoasis l contacted one of your team yesterday (wont mention name). We spoke around 8am this morning. She promised to send me subscription form via my email. I am still waiting for it. I am not happy with your service 😒
Hello. We apologize for the delay. The subscription form will be sent shortly.
@Bola Popoola, kindly call or message 07060614389 now and we’ll send you the form instantly. Apologies for the delay.
I like d 3bed and especially for d fact that all rooms have 2 windows. Whoever buys it will spend money on finishing to taste. Kudos
I like that 3bedroom👍
There needs to be green spaces atleast flower beds/trees around each home
Yes.
Right !!
You are already in ogun state, if you want to see green move just 5 mins away.
Now some of you complain after asking for ‘affordable’ ...she actually did a good job to show you available options. You can always do touch ups and adjustments to suite your taste, of course there is always Ikoyi if these don’t meet your standards
Just because its cheap does not mean the finishing should be poor. Nigerian developers must maintain quality and professionalism. The world is watching us.
Definitely worth the price, all the little touch ups , painting , bathrooms and garden can be added at later time to give the feel u like.
Confidence, you're doing a great job. You're getting homes for all classes of people. Keep it up.
Why is it that Nigeria has some of the worst developers in the world? When it comes to building estates. They all lack irony. Even the presenter of this video thinks its all about the property. Just looking at the development, it look horrendous. The layout just looks atrocious. All they seem to care about is the bungalows and apartments. They keep missing wasted opportunities. The opportunity to turn it into a paradise. No trees, no gardens, no plants. Living in Nigeria, it is extremely humid and at night when the air should be cooler. It still feels hot due to the lack of fresh air. The lack of trees and gardens providing oxygen is one of the reasons for this. Rather than cementing the whole ground around these new houses wouldn't it be better to have a garden and plant trees around the property to act as a shade and cool the air in the evening. Rather than just make the whole estate look bare and sterile.
You couldn't have said it any better. Banana Island with all the hype is a glorified slum. I would use the same amount to buy a home in South Africa or Kenya where they pay attention to details. Our developers build for profit and the gullible people lack exposure.
You really have a point here! They are only profit-oriented. Attention to details are non-existent
The lack of greenery has always been a sore point with me. No matter how small the lot, you can incorporate some green space into it.
But this is a budget development. That's why it looks like a barracks of some sort. There are other developments that Confidence has showcased that are really beautiful; beautiful designs, beautiful layout, beautiful floorplans....many still lacking green spaces though.
By the way, what do you mean "They lack irony"?
True
@@JanJan-pq4im No matter how big or small the development is. You can think outside the box, if you put your mind to it, Its a matter of ingenuity. You don't necessarily have to spend thousands of naira to make the landscape of a small estate look beautiful. Especially if you're spending so much money to cement the ground. A little research on RUclips or Google can go a long way in inspiring property developers to change their estates from looking like prisons or army barracks into a luxurious enclave. The problem with Nigeria is that they lack an attention to detail. Its one thing to build a new house, its another thing to think about the surroundings, which quite clearly isn't taken into account. I have yet to see an estate that is unique. They all look the same to me.
Nice estate. The video not long to watch. Thanks so much for Sharing Confidence. You've done a good job.
The one bedroom looks good. It's interesting how the shower head is in the middle of the toilet area. I've never seen that before.
My question comes in about the costs incurred to buy all appliances , more cabinetry , ceiling fans, and glass doors for the showers to name a few improvements . Would investing in a more upscale home in that area be more equitable? I love your tours
This is what l'm talking about, the 3 bedrooms house makes a lot more sense than even the expensive island houses. The design is how Nigeria should be designing houses considering our climate. The living and dinning rooms should be open with the kitchen behind it,either open or close should then be a matter of preference......What is quees's Park though? Where the Queen of egba land park her Rolls Royces or what? Mowe Park Estate sounds more beautiful and nicer to me.This is the reason Nigerian elites take Nigerian citizens for granted, because everything is almost an acknowledgement of them. Stop giving these elites all the glory in everything and acknowledge your people, village, town and city for once, not a king, queen or president somewhere.Do away with all these Kings, Queens, presidential, executive nonsense and acknowledge humanity and be free indeed. Thank you very much confidence.
I am interested making this a second home 🏡 somewhere quite to come with my gran kids for holidays... thanks confidence for all your beautiful preparations much love from myself and family 👪
❤️
l am from edo state leaving in austria if get this types of money 27 000 dollar now we come start my famer in nigeria can not waste my money this types of house
I like the 3 bedroom. Some of the rooms and doors look unfinished but I can vision it how I want it. I can make it work when I eventually return to Nigeria.
What comes after buying the house- example like yearly service charges cuz I can’t buy a house and continue paying extra charges. Could you please explain more better
Thanks for providing us with available homes ,but my question is can someone park into the house after paying the initial deposit of 1m or must I complete the payment first ?
Confidence, I love your blouse.
❤️
3 bedroom, Nice, very Nice for that price
Nice and cheap house *BUT*
Remember, This house is located in a village, not in a metropolis.
*Ibadan Express is around 60km far away from Lagos.*
This is wonderful
Am curious about the flat roof. Cost saving? Is it slanting?
Please Madam, What is this kind of roofing called and what's the advantages and disadvantages?
Thanks
Beautiful you did a good job thank you
Looks poorly finished, especially the door frames, edges, and ceiling. What's up with the doors too. Where are the trees? Looks like some government supplement building. What's with the concrete jungle too? So much potential but poor execution.
Well spotted 👍 I saw it too 😆😅. Its cheap finishing, i guess its for new entrants into the property market.
Terrible finish
Who builds houses without inbuilt wardrobe these days? Please advise the promoters. To me this is the biggest setback
What does it cost to a put some greenery to the estate?
Hi are the 3bed bungalows still available and what is the total cost if its spread over 6 12 0r 18mths... i await your response ...thanks
Hello. Please give us a call or send a message on WhatsApp to get the full breakdown.
For that price and the payment plan it seems reasonable, i wonder if there are any properties that are in the $35,000 range with 36-48 month payment plans.
Beautiful developments
Good investment for airbnb
Y is the shower not separate in the 2 bdrm? That bathroom is Awful.
Ummm, it looks like only a few units eg less than 15 were built. Across form the bungalows are open territory overgrown with grass. Also, the road outside that tennis court is just dirt, no tarred roads. Have the estate planners installed water treatment plant, street lights, tarred surface roads before they started marketing the place?
This looks like a water logged area , I just hope it's not sand filled foundations , because during rainy season , flood will surely be a problem.
Secondly I don't fancy the bathrooms , ensuite should showcase friendly bathroom . The sitting room layout not good for me....entrance door leading into sitting room straight 🤔🤔
Finally stepped outta Lekki, Hurrayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
👍🏾
Are they wired for AC???
Where are the clothes closets
Is it for sell or rent ? I don’t understand
Pls i av a question
Is it dat ppl don't use ceilings anymore i mean d regular ceiling..i noticed everywia is now pop even d bedrooms and toilet..can someone pls enlighten me
Beautiful
Very beautiful
I want use this house as my 2nd home...
How were you guys able to build this 3 bed for this price? Please this investor should go to Ghana too. I've wasted 17 years in Europe with not even a single bed of my own just because of wicked family members. Oh God have mercy.
It really bets me how this is sold at this price while making profits when I have already put in 30million in a building that is still unplastered.
Please where is this estate located?
Sad that in 2021 we still cant add cabinets as default and also finish up properly. Its the maintenance that will eventually kill these homes
Keep the good work Confidence.
Thank you
You didn't show us the bedroom for d one bedroom apartments 😩😩
Look how unbothered the presenter is because this is a cheaper / low budget home.. but when it's time to showcase those "luxury" Lekki houses, the excitement, high pitched voice and gimmicks come out 🤣
I thought I was the only one who felt the "low energy" in this instance.
FYI. This is not cheap
I love her, but I have to agree with you on this. Nigerians and the class/status mentality!
I noticed that too, that’s not very nice, not everyone have 50 - 100m
But that depends on the presenter.
Hello confidence. I will be needing 5 unit the 3 bedroom apartment to be given out to our affiliate USERS that rank up higher on my network. Promise me I will get it when I need it?
Kindly give us a call.
Good investment. Would love to know more.
Hello. Kindly call any of our numbers.
This is the average Naija house na 😀😀. Confidence should collect award for catering to all the market segments.
The lower and middle-income housing segments look well priced for their quality. But the high end offerings I have seen are quite overpriced for the quality that they are presenting.
OK this is different and nice.
These apartments are built for low income people with tight budgets. You get what you pay for, that’s all I can say.
Are you ok,low income by paying up to 700k amonthly for 18months(1yr and 6months)
How much do you earn and save yearly?
Nigeria is suffering and we contribute to it ourselves!
I don't know what you mean by low income🙄🙄🙄
This is nice am interested

Is this properties still available?
Hello. Yes it is.
Do you have any one in Owerri ?
No we don’t.
@@edenoasis okay but you Know🔥 anyone that do it like your in Owerri
I don't like the fact the fences are so low but the price is good
Pros: Staring at N6.5M for 1 bed to N11.5m for 3 bed detached bungalow you can’t argue with the price. All the hassle of seeking for and buying land with the attendant omonile aftermath and fraudulent sellers, dealing with unprofessional architects, builders, artisans and C of O documentation wahala are eliminated. The Living Rooms are spacious in the 3 bed bungalows. You also have the option to pay by instalments.
Cons: The developer probably purchased this land, as a virgin, lush piece of tropical greenery. They then proceeded to hack down all the trees and uproot all the greenery that naturally made up the terrain. The result is the concrete jungle look of this estate. What a missed opportunity!! The shower in one the buildings is positioned right on top of the toilet!!
You are very correct ,but the finishing is very poor and moreso there is no provision for Dstv. Any moreso some of the staff of landmark are mannerless.
Where is this location?
Except you purchased that photograph on the wall from the original author(the first house she walked into) then you should take it down cause you could be sued. That photograph belongs to an artist I know.
Pls what's the rental value for the 2bhk
Long over due @ MOWE !
Slit available
wow this is really good, I wish I was a Nigerian 😂
How can one be an investor?
Kindly call any of our numbers for enquiries.
The attitude she has showing these homes 😥. When it's more expensive home you give more glamour and interest. Have been watching your videos for the past year and today am kind of 😬 with your attitude.
I love the way your work though... But there is still room for improvement 👍
Confidence doesn't look bothered to show these homes loool... very much rush compared to all the other homes she shows...
Well some of you all asked for ‘affordable’ and she obliged...you can always do touch ups on your own.
Thats understandable, there nothing wrong with the place you is marketing, im just saying her excitement to want to show these home wasn't there compared to when she is selling home in better area and higher price point. Nothing wrong with some feedback.
Yea she definitely is not excited about this offering..lol
Watched a bunch of Nigerian real estate homes.
What I've seen is how weird it all looks.
No trees, just bare paved ground everywhere
Bathrooms look horrendous. What tf is that, a prison bathroom?
I couldn't careless about the rest but trees and presentable bathrooms are a deal changer.
No space for a shower curtain/bathtub, nor another person coming into the bathroom to wash their hands while another is taking a shower.
Cemented ground everywhere, that is just unruly for a humid country.
The floors should be wooden instead of tiled to the brink. The walls of a bathroom should all not be tiled up, that's just like a warzone.
Great content though.
I would rather go for the 3 bedroom
Beautiful 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Something to criticize...no trees,no playing ground, no meaningful decoration...just looks like prison from the outside...Diz is something some Nigerians need to think of when building such houses like diz
That is great 👍🏾
Well spaced but the bathroom design with shower head over toilet is a mess. with all the space to play with? How come? Oh mine G.
Interesting
Waiting for you in Abuja
I could tell you were really not interested in showcasing this home 😂😂😂
Yh I noticed, she's usually alot more excited ain't she? 😂😂
Let me guess, it’s off-plan at N11.5m?
Off-plan?
This is the worst I’ve watched in all your ads.
Lovely
You really tried to sell the development but to be really honest the finishing of the houses was not really great, bad plastering round the doors, terrible shower placements etc
Secondly it’s sad how they removed all the trees, paved all the compounds and did not put any trees or green areas back.
Well it may be some peoples liking
