The problem is that the justice system even in lower courts when it comes to Mr Trump in my humble observation is it’s somewhat biased .
They are 100% biased against Trump.
Almost everything the president does is an act of the office. Its very difficult to draw the line between personal and official acts. You end up questioning the entire purpose of the office.
I would argue it is impossible to draw the line. Without presidential immunity, what is happening with Trump right now is going to be the new norm for ex-presidents.
