Played a game where Kay/O and Jett were holding down A Site and told me to plant Spike- went to B and got killed cause no one knew the enemies where there and Kay/O starting being overally toxic to me for something I can't predict and even insulted a loved one of mine who sadly passed away. This dude has now become the very reminder of me to remember to mute people as soon as they say one toxic thing. Also cherry on top is that we were playing Unrated so nothing would happen even if we lost
This is why toxic people are just the worst and I hope that people in the future will not be like this damn Kay/O
In general I usually don't have toxic teammates, they are usually chill, don't talk at all, or say very little. The occasional bad egg really sticks out.
Actually, the problem with the standard game mode is that the enemy team surrenders if we play too good. This is super rare in Competetive as surrendering in Competetive = more RR deduction that's why.

I was on the first week of my 3 months internship and on the 8th day and that too Monday I was so tired I ordered my food instead of cooking and when I hoped n valorant I got a 12yr old that was super toxic that day is still the worst day of my life till now

Unrated games are so fun, usually when someone needs to go the rest of the team surrenders for them so there’s no penalty
Not only he makes tips and tricks with other agents he even makes ways how to counter toxic players and make them nice
the valorant community is actually one of if not the best community in the lower ranks like silver and gold idk about the higher ones but its a good community
God that "Don't Bait Me jett" just gets me laughing all the time
i stopped playing comp to avoid toxic players, but saddly there are still some players that for some reason queue normal games and play like a comp, an they expect the team to do the same, that is surely the worst type of player

Yesterday i was playing with one of my cousins UNRANKED matches and a sage was saying ez.
It was my best match, ended popping off and playing like ive never played
Just had a Reyna with the biggest ego I've ever seen in unrated last week. Dude has actual good aim and was hard carrying the team. Last round 12-12 on defender side, 2v2 retake, me and Reyna vs Clove and Chamber. Reyna tried to go for a pick, but unfortunately died and I failed to trade, so I had to clutch up. I'm not very confident in my mechanical aim, so I panicked and got picked off by the Chamber. Reyna screamed, "You're SOOOO BAAAAD!", at me and I haven't touched the game ever since.
The guides are actually clutch, I learned some Fade lineups right before rounds on ranked and it won us free rounds

I once bumped into 2 toxic people, I think they were duos. In the first round we lost and ofc nobody said anything but when we lost the 2nd round our omen and chamber became toxic and got worse over the game and when someone would whiff or like did something wrong they would just say "what you doing bro?" or ".." and "?" then when they die they said that its cuz that I dont use my blind for entry when they were literally lurking and when I was entrying nobody went with me like literally only me just died in site, then in the 5th round they would go and say "FF" until the switching sides, I think it was like 4-8 and when they kept complaining and fighting, I said dont fight and dont give up easily, just go and play and give comms. If you dont have anything good to say then keep it to yourself. Then our chamber and omen got nice but still kinda toxic. but they would give comms and eventually we won by 13-11 then our cypher said in match point "BE NICE TO EACH OTHER, REYNA MOTTO" and I just laughed and had a gud time, then I said we won cuz we didnt give up and didnt FF. But ofc they said "its cuz we carried yall" when Cypher and I was like a couple of kills I think before we pass them 💀

Personally, I always play ranked with at least one of my friends. And if I find toxic players (jett/reyna players mains getting their main instalocked, missing an impossible clutch, stealing an ace...) I always mute them.

I found both the first and second type of ragers queued together ego peaking and bottom fragging respectively I hate people who talk shit for no reason they were even just straight up threatening and lecturing the entire team despite being the worst players in the game, we lost to 9/3 curse, serves them right tbh.

I have a tips How to prevent toxic teammate from the begining
1. When you at the agent select section type "i might be a noob but if you are being toxic i'll throw the game" in the chat. They wouldn't do shit....
It worked for me.
When someone started being a bumbaclot, i always stuck at bot frag
But if i threaten my teammates to thrown the game i got a team mvp with 30 kills
Even more kills than the match mvp....
I got 1 thing to add, if you are playing unrated, dont complain about what other people are doin, it's unrated for a reason, you can fool around and have fun

if i find a team useless aka not playing by their roles like a jett only lurking instead of entrying i just use them as bait and show them their place

I recently got a very toxic guy in an unrated match, all his comments were about how bad I am even though he was the second worst player after me with just 4 kills more than me. And I was bad because he cursed at me at the beginning of the first round so I felt so bad I wanted to leave the game and couldn't focus. And I was the MVP in the previous match. Why are some people like this
I had enough of toxic teammates and grinding for a better rank so I took a brake from ranked games
This Saison I only played unrated and spike rush so far sometimes alone sometimes with friends from irl or people I met in game and it's such a relief maybe I will be playing ranked next Saison again but for now I'm happy with the game and had some of my best teammates and games overall ever
I tried to play ranked but I really didn't want to deal with so many toxic players like on my first few ranked games I found toxic smurfs.
So I decided to play peacefully in unrated mostly
i just hate toxic people, for example im new to the game and was playing sage. I didn't really know where to place my wall and accidentally blocked off one of my teammates. The rest of the match they were screaming to report me

I once got this guy in Competitive who kept screaming about why I was entering sites using KAYO flashes. Funniest thing is, I helped the entire team enter sites for like 16 rounds and everytime this guy found that the site is already empty, he would scream that I am dumb to flash enter an empty site. XD
i feel like most of the ppl who play val are not toxic and actually fun ppl. For whoever that reads this commenti personally reccomend that after u lose a match or when u feel angry or frustrated while playing just take a break. Seriously this helps me out so much. I can go from bot fragging in the previous match to match mvp in the next. Taking breaks helps to reset your mental state so that you will not be angry or frustrated and make rational decisions in game. Hope this helps
I lost my rank up game because the entire attack side he grabbed spike as soon as we spawned and would hold it in spawn and not move
Kinda ridiculous how no one in their right mind would act like this toward other people in real life, and they know they wouldn't because they are aware it is wrong. People have to remember they are playing with other actual human beings. Regardless if other people treated them poorly in the past, not sure why they think becoming a toxic person is an answer to that - because all it does is perpetuates toxic behavior in the community. Anyway, being a chill and cool person always helps (even when others are being toxic), then you just mute the players who are actually just trolling.

Nahhhh I’ve seen people very toxic more in unrated and replication only once have I met toxic people in ranked
This why i don't like or dont want or am too scared to give Ranked games another go. Too toxic for me. Another, is that IF your only focus is to win, then you won't have fun.
Just a tip from my experience. always dodge players who doesn't have comms. i never won a single match playing with them. they always throwing or just bad, doing their own shits and ruining the experience plus also you cant give or get any information from them about enemy locations or starts(cuz obviously they cant hear you and you cant hear them) . i mean you can meet people who doesn't use their mics, i mean that's okay if you not comfortable enough to talk that's fine. but they can still hear us or they can just use chat. i am talking about the people who just completely turn off their comms in settings you can easily spot them during agent select there is a speaker+cross icon if the person doesn't have comms. i don't think there are many people like them in other region but in Asia there are lot. i stucked in gold 3 for so long cuz i always get those kind of players on ranked up match. so i stopped playing with them and now i am in diamond . i think i lost 100+ RR cuz when you dodge rank match you loose 3 RR. but i dont care about that. Hope this might help you !!!
Negativity brings down your team, we had a toxic sova once, we just told him to shut up and boom. we won a 3-9
One was toxic on my just because i was the last standing and didnt defuse the spike in time but there was not enought time anyway and there was a player defending the spike and he was hidden somewhere in the smoke and it was just difficult...it ruined my mood ngl

Only time I get mad is when people are bad and instead of learning the basics in unrated they jump into a rank game, and they just throw the game.
I dont mute my toxic teammates because I like hearing them rage as entertainment 😂
