My love affair with America began when I was a young boy, back in 2007. My father and I were driving trough the forest when we turned on the radio. For the first time in my life, I heard Bob Dylan. I was only 6 and I didn't understand a single word of what he was singing. I had just realized how much I love his music. Later, I discovered the beauty of American culture. My love for America was bigger than ever. In French class, I didn't listen to the teacher, I was too busy dreaming about your country. On my sheet, I wrote the names of the fifty American states, again and again, imagining myself crossing the Appalachian mountains and exploring the great endless plains. I grew up and I learned English (well... I'm trying), I read lots of books on American history, I spent days singing and playing the guitar while listening to Old Crow Medicine Show and I'm still dreaming about the United States. It changed me profoundly. Somewhere inside was germinated the vague idea that one day, I will visit this country, meet the people who live there and eventually become one of them. Be proud of your country and your wonderful culture. Love from France
It's really funny: I read your comment and I saw the part where you were a French kid in French class and I got confused, then I remembered that here in America we have to go to English class and I said "oh yeah, never mind, that makes sense".

Very nice comment of you. America is a gem.
Thank you...it is a beautiful country. Like an intensive care unit for the Jewish people. I will do all I can to repay this country's goodness

Love American history...white Americans entertaining those affluant white Americans while black Americans work for min wage serving them...
Who cares, we ALL have the same opportunity. Some of us just get off our a$$es.
While the working class serves them, we're in this together
