"The wrong direction" by Passenger is a song that came out on his album called "All the Little Lights" in January 2012. It reflects on the journey of life and realization that one has been running in the wrong direction. The song mainly focuses on love and disappointment one can get when they thought they were close to love but realize they've been heading the wrong direction. However, they're also things we pursue in life and in the end come to see we've been wasting time chasing the wrong dreams or trying to live somebody else's life. This song is one of apology to oneself for the mistakes made and time wasted.
