His idea od buildnig a place for ex-convict to live is a bad idea. This will be an extension of the prison and an avenue to plan and commit more crime. Why would you think of housing a bunch of criminals in the same location. Very dangerous idea. It would have been better if he had stated that he would provide them with some vocational skills to help them in life, and not to house them.

As students they steal your phones, laptops(they don't care if you have vital information you haven't backed up), rape people, kill them, why? They don't care how people deal with the consequences. Last time a decent looking gentleman stole my phone whiles I was paying for my transport and immediately alighted the taxi, he ran away before we could catch him. I was busy looking for a job, and he could have done anything else like masonry, sell anything even pound fufu before stealing from someone.
What I know is almost all the ex convict's has a family and the families have homes, stop entertaining them in the name of they don't have a place to sleep
