I've seen a video from Chroniks explaining how to fix the unyielding hits bug for storm feathers. Every time u log in ur character u first have to change the primary spirit hall to something other than eagle and hit something. When u swap the primary spirit hall back to eagle, storm feathers will start scaling with unyielding and it is in fact a huge boost in damage. I actually did this by mistake a few days ago when i tried out another build, then went back to evade and was quite surprised by the damage i was doing but attributed it to different paragons

Or you have the helmet where all skill consider Gorilla, eagle and Jaguar

One of the reasons it doesn't work it's a gorilla skill you must have gorillas in the spirit Hall
