I remember when I experienced hairfall, I did all the following to successfully control it:
Include scalp massage into your routine.
Don’t use hot water when washing your hair.
Protect your hair from too much sweat.
Use a dual tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair.
Reduce your sugar and junk food intake.
Use natural anti hair fall shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra coccconion.
Nurture a positive mindset for general well being.
It took me 2 months' time to get positive result with little extra coco onion

Im very surprised to see that being a doctor she recommended reetha and shikaki powder which is absolutely beneficial as everyone in my family have been using it for ages and our hair is always shiny,long and strong.this video is a boon for people suffering from hair problems.

@@MohammedIsmail-iq8rj it does help with hairfall if u don't have any underlying cause.you can take shikaki n reetha 2:1 ratio either in powder form or whole.either add hot water or cook them for 10 mins(whole) and grind it n sieve the paste.oil ur hair before 1 hr n then use it for better results.u can add other herbs too in powder like amla pd n methi pd.

Doosri baar shampoo se bhi jayada jhag bana kar sir ko bilkul saaf kar deta hai.
Baalon ko Paani se acchi tarah Dona jab tak baal ekdum soft na ho jaye.

I pasted the soap nut after keeping in water overn and applied to hair. Kept for 10-15 mins until and washed. It was amazing ans I wished I knew it earlier and I can see the difference in first day of application.
