Dr. Do you have similar cases that showed resolution of the apical periodontitis? If so please post the before and after xrays as I would love to see how these cases turn out after a time of healing. As always great work.
There are several reasons why I do not use calcium hydroxide. 1. Calcium hydroxide(CH) has limited effectiveness in eliminating bacteria.(Int Endod J 2007;40:2-10.) 2. The use of CH as an intracanal medication was unrelated to the incidence and/or severity of post-treatment pain.(J Endod 2003;29:627-629.) 3. Fear of nerve injury. I think it is the role of NaOCl, not CH, to eliminate bacteria and dissolve pulp tissue.

보통 30분으로 잡고 있습니다. 영상 길이를 확인해보니 이 케이스는 마취하고 러버댐을 장착하는 시간 5분 정도를 제외하고 첫째 날 33분49초, 둘째 날 26분 11초 걸렸네요.
