We had a beautiful weekend. Got to see a lot of fall colors and deer in the park. Hung out with our friends the Adventure Bandits. The Fall colors were beautiful.

Awesome video! We had alot of fun this weekend. You two are some fun people to be around. I was waiting for your video to come out. You did an excellent job reviewing the campground. I guess I will show all the fun we had on our video. Hope to have it out either tomorrow or Friday.

Me and my wife are at a seasonal campground at Indian Lake for the past 8 years But we use to go there and camp with our grandkids for many years. They loved it at Deer Creek. Great campground with great people working there. Have fun and thanks for the video.

We camped there last fourth of July. The lake and beach are nice too. Our campsite was on the other side of the playground and we couldn't see it but we could hear the kids having a great time. Now I know why awesome swing ride wish I would have checked it out then..Definitely will go back sometime. Thanks for the video

We stayed in the lodge last year at this time with friends just to get kids out of the house it was beautiful and we had a great time now I am excited to camp there looks like a awesome place

Looks like I’m adding another park to the to visit list. There is a playground close to us with those zip lines for the kids, they love them. Definitely more to do here than some parks. Great video. I’ll watch the Bandits video for all the shenanigans lol.

Looking through the "stuff" we have accumulated and I found our map of the state parks. I didn't realize we have so many SP's in SW Ohio. Ready to get out and about in the early spring.
We do have a lot of them here in Ohio. I can't wait till spring gets here. We should get together next year and camp. Thanks for watching.
Deer Creek is a nice campground.. Nice to see is evolving and they are adding things to make it nicer... The bathroom thing is kinda like this.. This campground and paint Creek state park campgrounds I know in the summer have volunteers that help keep them up...I can't say about the colder months but can only guess that it being colder that their are less volunteers there too look after them.... they do need some remodel as they are basically the same as in the 1980s... I live fairly close and have camped there alot over the yrs..

The sites look nice there. Of course, I prefer the wooded sites if available. Kristi on the playground reminded me of Marie on the slide at Hidden Acres. I see a Putt putt championship in the future. Zoey doesn't look like she is a fan of snow. Thanks for the shout out. I would be playing MS. Pacman with y'all!
Its a really nice campground. There were only 5 campers in the whole park. We had a great time at the playground. No Zoey is not a big fan of snow. I had to say that when we were playing Ms Pacman. lol

I've been meaning to look up pickle ball because I've never heard of it. Now I have to look up gaga ball too lol. I, seriously, want to try that zip line type toy in the playground lol Ms. Pac-Man was my game back in the day. Made it though all the mazes one time. That's when I was young and had good hands & wrists lol. Does look like a nice campground. Agree that the bathrooms could use some work, but have seen worse. Thanks for the in depth review.

Hey guys. Was watching Adventure Bandits and they recommended your channel so I thought I’d check out your videos. Pretty cool campground. I like those little corrals by the pickle ball courts. I’m assuming those are so you can drop off your little kids for the day so you can go explore without them lol jk

Traveling Buckeyes I’m always looking for camping/travel trailer channels to watch. I’m obsessed with camping lol so I live vicariously. And winter camping is my favorite. I have my own channel too but it’s still very new and my first few videos kinda suck but they’ll keep getting better. I have a camp trip coming up Thanksgiving weekend on the coast and hope to do some snow camping this year too. Anyhow 👍

Have you looked into a small used camper or a tent? We started off in a tent and made wonderful memories and got to explore so many places! We are fortunate to be able to purchase a camper! As long as you keep watching we will keep posting 😁!!

Is that campground down near Cincinnati? Us Northern Ohioans still have a little snow left on the ground...yuck It is supposed to be warming again today so hopefully what is left will go away. lol.. Jake and Paige would LOVE that playground. Thanks for sharing.

@@gingerphillips3664 we would dry camp when the temp falls below freezing for more than just a few hours. If we camp in the winter months we typically dry camp. We choose campgrounds that have restroom facilities open. We just don’t like to take the chance of our water lines freezing up.

I can honestly say we've never seen any pickleball courts in SC state parks, so I guess that's one sign of "civilization" Ohio has that we backwoods hicks don't have... 🙄 (Love the drone footage, BTW - really wanna start doing more of that myself!)

It is a very nice campground. We stayed plenty warm enough. The furnace works well. Lol. We tow with a 2005 Chevy 1/2 ton truck. Tows it fine. Thanks for watching.
