After two months of continuous picking, my strawberry plants are slowing down, but their sweetness is still at its peak. There’s nothing like the joy of harvesting sun-ripened berries straight from the garden-juicy, fragrant, and full of summer goodness.
As strawberry season winds down, my Strawberry Cream dahlia is taking over with its dreamy pink and white blooms. I picked a bunch to create a fresh-cut flower bouquet-strawberries and flowers make the perfect pair! 💐
What better way to enjoy the last of the strawberries than with a homemade strawberry mojito? Crushed strawberries, fresh mint, a squeeze of lemon, plenty of ice, and a splash of rum and soda-it’s the perfect drink to sip on a warm day-cool, refreshing, and a little taste of summer in every sip.
