This is a beautiful speedpaint, and a wonderful example of your improvement as an artist! You should be VERY proud of yourself for this! If I could make a small suggestion, though? The fact that some of the characters have nostrils and some don't is a little bit odd to me. It might look more consistent if you went one way or the other (always draw nostrils or always don't) and all of the characters would look more like they belonged in the same "world" if that makes sense. Also, RD'S forleg looks a tiny bit disproportionate since you made the "wrist" drastically thinner than the "forearm". I think of it as "Popeye Syndrome" (look up pictures of Popeye and you'll understand). That could just be a style choice, of course. I hope I worded this okay. I get nervous offering art tips online for fear of sounding like I'm being nitpicky. This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of art and I wish you nothing but the best as you continue to improve!

I can't even begin to explain how spectacular this is. There is so much personality you can take only a small glance and know the characters. The different body types are really refreshing after seeing ponies drawn the same way over and over (not that some people's art doesn't look good but they just have the same body types and don't really branch out). The redesigns show so much of who they are as well as being so aesthetically pleasing it hurts. The lines, shading style and just overall style is absolutely gorgeous. Something about it just works so well. All of your art is top notch but something about this piece just blew me away. Lovely in every way, keep up the amazing work!

Actually, fun fact, Rarity and Twilight would have the cloven hooves! In ancient mythological, unicorns were depicted with cloven hooves. A really cool and interesting fact I thought you would like!
Holy crap. The improvement from each video is AMAZING they were all good but the final one DANG!!! Your art style is REALLY HEKKING CUTE!!! Oooof I LOVE IT 🥰 😍 and my gosh AJ IS RIPPED! I have never seen anyone design her like that and I really think the bulkier stature truly suits her better than the cute small pony physique like in the show. She’s cute to boot but your AJ MAN! It's exciting to see someone add scars to Apple and to see different body shapes that mirror not only their personality but their lifestyle too!! Like Rarity does delicate work so she's slender, Pinkie is more pudgy because she plans and consumes party foods, Rainbow is athletic as shit so she's fit and toned, Apple literally kicks trees and carries heavy things so she's swole without being on steroids, Flutter has to be more average to match with the animals' strength while she cares for them, and Twilight carries thick books and walks for hours in a huge library so she's going to be more fit but also mainly reads and performs spells so she balances both being frail and strong to suit her best.
I saw this on the MLP subreddit and thought it was so cool, what a coincidence this shows up in my recommends less than a day later! I love Twilight’s design, she looks so shy and dorky :)
