@@alyssagreene363 I had my last dentist appointment two weeks ago and my dentist did another x-ray and told me he could see that I wear my retainer exemplary. So I guess everythings definetly ok. Because my older brother also never used his retainer and the same dentist told him he should wear it or else he would have to get braces again. So... I guess my teeth don't care
When I took off my braces, I thought all my teeth fell out. I was so concerned 😂😂

@@angelniyitanga689 it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. On a scale from 1-10 I would give it like 2-3. It really wasn’t bad. I think it also depends on your pain tolerance and hopefully you have a good dermatologist that is very careful when handling your braces :)
@@angelniyitanga689 OOOO but I hated when they had to put in the molds for your retainer. And the retainers were more painful than the process of removing braces imo
