He was involved with the things or the people involved in the matters going on at the time and cant mention what involvement or who else is involved. So he mixed up in it somehow. Your decisions have made perfect sense to me. But some of the big discrepancies between your rankings and the global rankings are puzzling. I also couldn't help but notice that if you look at the nationalities of the top 16, they're awfully clumpy, aren't they? France, USA, GB, Russia get almost all spots. This drama happening this year is not good. I know you're just a judge, but if there's anything you can do, any ears to whisper into to stop with the cancel culture and the weird retroactive withdrawals and deletions of content, it's not good for the SBX, and it's not good for beatboxing.
as far as favoritism goes, i highly disagree with you, i think all the judges are giving a fair decision, there is 0 bias i was very satisfied with the top 16 rankings of the solo elims as well, dunno why u got that idea As far as nationalities goes, france and USA r pretty common cuz they r two of the strongest beatbox communities out there so its obvious there would be more ppl from those countries and there was only helium from russia in the top 16 and there was nobody from the UK in the top 16 solos.... and for the d-koy situation just watch D-koy's livestream talking about this before making any statements, d-koy has his own reasons so its better we dont make any assumptions and recommendations regarding this, both parties definitely must have put some thought over this and hence arrived at this decision
Those countries clump at the top because they have the most world class beatboxers, particularly USA and France. That’s what happens when they have several gbb and world champions. The deletion of videos is not weird. It was thoroughly explained on several platforms.
One thing to note is that D-Low’s top 16 entirely matches the official top 16 that got through to battles. So can you have an issue with one, but not the other?
