Why don't build CANDU reactors who are make in such way you can't get nuclear ploriferation in Iran ? There are a lot of CANDU reactors: in Canada, South Korea, Romania, India, Argentina.
It's a really good point that it is hard for the US to be effective in stopping nuclear proliferation of plutonium, when we allow Russia and China to build all of the new nuclear plants around the world.
