I use coloring book pages in every single journal I create. Also pages from quote books. Dollar Tree has lots of great stuff for junk journals. And affordable!

I had grabbed a pkg of 6”x6” pre-cut parchment sheets at Dollar Tree not knowing how I could use them but still had to have them 🤣 Then I saw a video of someone using them to make glassine coin envelopes so I made a bunch! I didn’t realize how pricey they are to purchase but now I have my own. The pkg came with 60 sheets but the pkg in the video had 100 sheets so you can make lots of them! I’m definitely going to be on the lookout for the size sheets you bought. As for the brown kraft paper rolls, my son is a painter and buys large rolls of it at the paint store where he buys his paint and tools. It’s very sturdy-he uses it to cover the floors to protect them from getting paint on them while he works. I had him pick one up for me at his cost. Looks like I’ll be using more of it going forward😊 I love your project in this video! Thank you for sharing all your great ideas🤗

FYI… they have changed their parchment. The new parchment bakes fine. The new is comparable to the wax paper but isn’t waxy, if that makes any sense. The rolls are the same way.
I have to stop by to see what Autumn decor mine has. It’s always hit or miss in Northern New York. You would think they would have more Autumn items. 🤷🏻♀️
They have holes in them (like charms) so skies the limit! You can make them into a bookmark or like charms on the edge of the spine 💗 You can maybe even attach one to a paper clip??

I love fall and winter. I also like summer but it has been a little too hot to enjoy the outdoors the past few summers. I found some really nice ribbon with skull pictures in black and white and velvet ribbon in purple, black and one more color I cant think of right now. My closest store has been a little slow with getting in some things like right now they have a kind of mixed selection. The have one aisle with Halloween, one aisle with fall and like 2 aisles with back to school.

Dollar tree “wax” paper is really parchment paper. True wax paper feels and looks different. I bought Dollar Tree “wax” paper to fuse to napkins and it did not work because there was no wax on the paper. I’m not sure if it was just a bad run or if that’s just how their wax paper is but it is certainly different from other brands.
So someone said that they’re not, since they say pigment. I don’t know what that means 😂 I’ll keep an eye out for them again. Thank you for your comment! 💗🫶🏼
I have a question. My mom passed away 3yrs ago at59 suddenly of cancer we found out she had in her lung liver and bones and 11days later she was gone (she chose to do in home hospice when they told us that day that it was too advanced to treat) and her name was Penny. My step father didn’t have the money to have a funeral or a memorial at the time. But We were to do it that spring but then he broke his hip and went into rehab for it for a month. And he just went downhill after that pretty fast himself. And Then money was too tight. They were both recently put on disability and they had just moved a month before she died and that was all they had saved up they spent on that. And it was a hour away from me. And bc of my own health issues and divorce I had no income. Well yesterday my brother called me and said he woke up (he lived with my step father caring for him) and went into check on my step dad and he has passed in the night. He too was only 63 as well. I want to do a tribute to each of them in a journal and though I have one in mind for my mom I don’t for him. He was very much the 70s-80s long haired loving life hippie/rock n roll type. Loved lynardskynard, and shinedown (“simple man” was the song he wanted as his memorial song. And “free bird”. ) idk if you know of the genre/bands/type of guy I’m trying to explain here but if you do, could you maybe make a video on that? On a tribute page with ideas for that? I’m sure a lot of us have a guy like that in our lives that has passed and that we would all love to see. I would very very much appreciate it if you could. I have a Cricut and I’m very rich in art and crafting supplies lol. I don’t have a embossing machine but I have tons of washi (maybe not rock and roll ish persay lol) and scrapbook and card stock paper, stickers, hand lettering pens and pretty pens in general, paint (acrylic, watercolor and gauche), glues, stencils, books, and a lot of paper to use for junk journal paper. I would be so happy if you could do a video (even if a short one with ideas) on this type of spread! I’ve tried searching for one and nothing comes up so it would be something on here that nobody so far that I have seen has done and I’m sure alot of people would love it! I would share it and tag you in my own as wellwell when I do one. In all my social media! I have asked a few other RUclipsrs if they could do this. Hopefully someone does. Or even better, multiple ppl could do this as everyone has different tastes n ideas.

I use the parchment paper from dt when I run out of plain vellum. It works the same. The pre-cut sheets saves me a lot of money with multiple uses

The ink is used in pouring resin into molds hobbies…resin is clear and this colorizes it. Alcohol ink used in stamping

I’m sure a lot of us have a guy like that in our lives that has passed and that we would all love to see. I would very very much appreciate it if you could. I have a Cricut and I’m very rich in art and crafting supplies lol. I don’t have a embossing machine but I have tons of washi (maybe not rock and roll ish persay lol) and scrapbook and card stock paper, stickers, hand lettering pens and pretty pens in general, paint (acrylic, watercolor and gauche), glues, stencils, books, and a lot of paper to use for junk journal paper. I would be so happy if you could do a video (even if a short one with ideas) on this type of spread! I’ve tried searching for one and nothing comes up so it would be something on here that nobody so far that I have seen has done and I’m sure alot of people would love it! I would share it and tag you in my own as wellwell when I do one. In all my social media! I have asked a few other RUclipsrs if they could do this. Hopefully someone does. Or even better, multiple ppl could do this as everyone has different tastes n ideas.

I don’t think they are like alcohol inks. It says pigment ink.
Unfortunately I still can’t remember the difference between inks 😔 I’ll have to look it up! Thank you for clarifying! 💗💗💗
