- In this video we will see how to make coffee cake recipe in Tamil. Along with the cake we will see how to make buttercream frosting at home. Since we are making coffee cake, I have added some coffee to flavor the buttercream icing. The overall cake has a mild coffee flavor and looks amazing. Coffee cake is an ideal cake for birthday celebrations. It is super moist and absolutely delicious.
This cake can also be made without oven in a pressure cooker.

i tried this mam... it came out very well ... only one thing is sweetness can be added some... and I dont have electric beater to make cream .. what i have done is ... i added butter in the mixer jar and pulsed it for 10 mins.. with the intervals.... for every two to three pulse i opened it and scratch the butter down.... and when the color slightly change .. i added powdered sugar in portions .. and given pulse for 2 mins ..and i tooked that creme in a bowl and i beated with a wire wisk for 5 to 10 mins....and then followed other steps of yours mam... came out really well 😀😀😀thank you so much mam...i would like to share my cake pic with you mam🙂😚... why i shared the method of creme is ... it can be useful for someone like me who dont have electric beater🙂

This cake does not require much beating... thats y she has used a whisk. If u overbeat this cake... it tends to become gummy
