Hi ride the wind E-bikes. Can I let my bike charge overnight if it only needs 6 hours to charge up and I sleep for 8 hours and leave it on the charger? Or should I avoid this? Ik its bad but I use a lead acid battery in my emmo GTS lol because the upgrade was too expensive.
Hi, I used to have an e-bike that had a lead-acid battery and I ruined it by overcharging it like that. You can pick up a timer for about $20 at Home Depot that you plug the charger into. Set the timer for 6 hours and it will shut off automatically. Hope this helps.
