Jimin has the mental and emotional strength and resilience to handle the military, plus the physical training will be easy for him, compared to what he has voluntarily put himself through. He also has the ability to handle his own company, he doesn’t mind being alone and seldom gets bored - he has an inner calm, a quiet centre, so I also think he will go with the flow and will not lose himself during the weeks and months of mundane chores and training. It also helps that he is a very likeable man who has no trouble getting on with others, he is thoughtful and compassionate, but easily holds his own and is no pushover, so he will instinctively know how to fit in and blend, and when to stand out and lead. I also think that Jimin will do well. Not only physical act, but Jimin also used to vertical command system. The Korean dance major he attended had very strict senior-junior relationships and rules. So are Taekwondo, Kendo, and Hapkido. This is because the disciplinary system in which seniors give orders and follow them is not entirely new to him.
Every Korean person is "used to this" - it's that way in ALL schools & all Workplaces.. It's part of the fabric of their Culture.. I love dance. I've seen every season of So You Think You Can Dance and Jimin, by far, is one of the best I've ever seen and that's why he's my bias. I see no one that can compare to him, in Kpop or otherwise. The man is small but he dances so big. His extensions are out of this world! And don't get me started on his feet. And the way he stands. I would know he's a classically trained dancer from a mile away.

You know there’s more than one Golden boy amongst the members!!!! 😁 He is perfection personified; however, he suffers from chronic neck, back and knee pain and when he has an ‘attack’ it debilitates him. Like Yoongi, that’s, medically, enough to excuse him from active duty and do admin work! So, I worry for him in that regard and because of his sweet and giving nature; I just hope if he does do active duty, that he believes in his strength, mentally and physically. He’s an absolute Angel and that’s why he’s my bias!❤❤❤❤

I’m sure his years of mental and physical training in dance, sports and martial arts will serve him well in his military service. I wonder if any of them would choose a different branch other than army? Can’t you see Jimin in the Navy or Air Force - although I guess the Army is a faster route than the others if you’re just going for mandatory enlistment requirements. Anyway - we can see that Jimin is definitely a fine specimen of strong masculine beauty - to say the least (swoon) I wonder if they also get higher ranks once basic training is over due to their higher education? They all have Bachelors and Master’s Degrees by now, like in the USA you can advance to officer ranks with bachelors degrees. I wonder if Korean Military operates this way?

A testament to how hard working, talented and amazing Jimin is, is that the things that almost made him miss out on a place in BTS now have such a huge impact on BTS identity. Such as his contemporary dance style. They thought the group dance style had to be hip hop and he wasn’t hip hop enough but look at how because of him bringing his contemporary influence the dance style of the group is elevated. Second, his singing style is so unique and euphoric that it elevates BTS performances. Also Jimin’s live performances, is an experience. He just elevates everything he’s a part of. All the BTS members are amazingly talented but Jimin is like the secret ingredient that makes it pop and sizzle. He was my gateway into BTS. I saw him and just had to find out more about BTS.
Jimin has a good sense of movement it harmonizes with the dance. He has an elegant dance line that no one can imitate. It is the result of genius and hard work.Respect~!!^^♡☆💜💜💜👍🤩
I honestly believe that none on them will have a hard time in the military. They are already extremely disciplined, physically no problem. I just think that the mental part is where they might have a hard time. They have been together for so long and have spent their lives together and experienced a lot together. That part will be hard on them I think. They adapt to different circumstances very well, but they won’t be together, it’s separate. They have been cut off for so long from the world, it’s kind of like looking at the world from the outside, watching it go by. They will have to learn to use a whole new set of skills, mentally. Also deal with people that will be jealous, or just not like them because of who they are, and their success, or even leaders treating them unfairly, underestimating, or just trying to prove that they won’t be treated different. Yes, they have been through things like this, but they had a company and others backing them up. In the military, they won’t be there, they will have to deal with this alone. That’s the mental part. I hope it’s not like that, but I’m not naive enough to think that these things wont ever happen. We, as ARMY wont know these things because it’s military, not public. They are in a completely different realm of the world right now (when they each go in), I don’t like thinking that way, negatively. But, it’s not all peaches and crème, I really do hope their military experience will be a positive one, (like difficulty mixed in) but overall, good. Especially trusting others with their life, learning how to be a team with other men fighting beside them, creating another family. Which is the good things that happens in the military, men and women coming together making lasting friendships, that go on well beyond your military service and into your life when you get out.

This is one of the many reasons why Jimin and Jungkook's chemistry is off the chart they have so much in common and they have similar passions. JK is super athletic and he has a black belt just like Jimin and their passion for dancing. Jimin has too many talents that sometimes they overlook them. He has too many great qualities. I don't think anybody can bully Jimin because he can be savage too so I don't think he has any problems in the military.
You can't compare Jimin's athleticism with that of Jk! Jimin is a professional athlete, but Jk is an amateur, it's a big deal. Jimin was a member of a national team in Taekwondo and won a gold medal in Japan. Even his bear arms are a kind of weapon because his kicks are lethal. He is another level from Jk.

Personally, I believe and I am almost sure that Jimin will easily adapt to the military life. Jimin is the member with the best physical preparation (Taekwondo, Kendo and Hapkido) and he is always working out (he said so himself in the last Run BTS episode). His mentality is stronger because of all the hate he receives daily from people obsessed with him and he has been able to handle and endure it. His personality will also be a point in his favor as he is very sincere, kind, gentle, sweet, caring, positive and sympathetic, and he is always willing to help others. In addition, he is very responsible and respectful towards superiors and authorities, especially he does not think he is a celebrity or pop star unlike others in the group who have diva attitudes sometimes.
Jimin will do very well in the military if he applied all of his skills and talents... He mentioned once that he doesn't like to get hit, especially in the face... And his cute/vulnerable side may give the impression that he can't be tough or defend himself. In vids when he bumps/knocks himself he seems to feel pain easily. But i think when he needs to he will be very tough and lethal due to his will to win and succeed... even if he doesn't like getting hurt, he will endure it when it counts / when he has to or to reach his goal... His strength will probably be when you underestimate him... He seems to thrive when challenged and will arise to the occasion...

I know you miss the boys especially Jimin. Yeah you're right Jm will not have any problem when it comes to his turn to join the military. I miss them all too but especially Jm.
A testament to how hard working, talented and amazing Jimin is, is that the things that almost made him miss out on a place in BTS now have such a huge impact on BTS identity. Such as his contemporary dance style. They thought the group dance style had to be hip hop and he wasn’t hip hop enough but look at how because of him bringing his contemporary influence the dance style of the group is elevated. Second, his singing style is so unique and euphoric that it elevates BTS performances. Also Jimin’s live performances, is an experience. He just elevates everything he’s a part of. All the BTS members are amazingly talented but Jimin is like the secret ingredient that makes it pop and sizzle. He was my gateway into BTS. I saw him and just had to find out more about BTS.

I honestly believe that none on them will have a hard time in the military. They are already extremely disciplined, physically no problem. I just think that the mental part is where they might have a hard time. They have been together for so long and have spent their lives together and experienced a lot together. That part will be hard on them I think. They adapt to different circumstances very well, but they won’t be together, it’s separate. They have been cut off for so long from the world, it’s kind of like looking at the world from the outside, watching it go by. They will have to learn to use a whole new set of skills, mentally. Also deal with people that will be jealous, or just not like them because of who they are, and their success, or even leaders treating them unfairly, underestimating, or just trying to prove that they won’t be treated different. Yes, they have been through things like this, but they had a company and others backing them up. In the military, they won’t be there, they will have to deal with this alone. That’s the mental part. I hope it’s not like that, but I’m not naive enough to think that these things wont ever happen. We, as ARMY wont know these things because it’s military, not public. They are in a completely different realm of the world right now (when they each go in), I don’t like thinking that way, negatively. But, it’s not all peaches and crème, I really do hope their military experience will be a positive one, (like difficulty mixed in) but overall, good. Especially trusting others with their life, learning how to be a team with other men fighting beside them, creating another family. Which is the good things that happens in the military, men and women coming together making lasting friendships, that go on well beyond your military service and into your life when you get out.

This is one of the many reasons why Jimin and Jungkook's chemistry is off the chart they have so much in common and they have similar passions. JK is super athletic and he has a black belt just like Jimin and their passion for dancing. Jimin has too many talents that sometimes they overlook them. He has too many great qualities. I don't think anybody can bully Jimin because he can be savage too so I don't think he has any problems in the military.
You can't compare Jimin's athleticism with that of Jk! Jimin is a professional athlete, but Jk is an amateur, it's a big deal. Jimin was a member of a national team in Taekwondo and won a gold medal in Japan. Even his bear arms are a kind of weapon because his kicks are lethal. He is another level from Jk.

Personally, I believe and I am almost sure that Jimin will easily adapt to the military life. Jimin is the member with the best physical preparation (Taekwondo, Kendo and Hapkido) and he is always working out (he said so himself in the last Run BTS episode). His mentality is stronger because of all the hate he receives daily from people obsessed with him and he has been able to handle and endure it. His personality will also be a point in his favor as he is very sincere, kind, gentle, sweet, caring, positive and sympathetic, and he is always willing to help others. In addition, he is very responsible and respectful towards superiors and authorities, especially he does not think he is a celebrity or pop star unlike others in the group who have diva attitudes sometimes.
Jimin will do very well in the military if he applied all of his skills and talents... He mentioned once that he doesn't like to get hit, especially in the face... And his cute/vulnerable side may give the impression that he can't be tough or defend himself. In vids when he bumps/knocks himself he seems to feel pain easily. But i think when he needs to he will be very tough and lethal due to his will to win and succeed... even if he doesn't like getting hurt, he will endure it when it counts / when he has to or to reach his goal... His strength will probably be when you underestimate him... He seems to thrive when challenged and will arise to the occasion...
