Gday Mike! (Here we go) I had an old “Best of Hendrix” cassette in the late eighties early nineties. The cover picture was the same as the “Are You experienced” cover! Now… there’s this version of “Hoochie Coochie Man” I’ve never heard other than this album (I’ve been searching for it for years). When I say it burns! Man it is awesome. So, there you go. My two bobs worth! Great lesson Keep em coming 👍🇦🇺
Great as always Mike. Would love to see a video on Philip Sayce, last week i went to see him live and he did a song called this is hip, which has a great sounding turn around, on the album he plays it on acoustic but live he plays it on the Strat.
As a student back in the day I loved listening to “Driving South” from that album. You never see it discussed or analysed anywhere, I suppose because it was a jam and not actually a song that was ever played again.
@@mikebrookfield seems SRV did a version in his early days. I didn’t know that until I searched just now ruclips.net/video/QljYyX7fjdc/видео.htmlsi=Ul30pqB5S0PKDI_5

Ah, you really knocked it out of the park this time Mike. Superb work. Love it. 👏👏👏
Now we know where Gilmour got his bend ideas from! Fantastic Mike you are phenomenal.
Nice Mike. Love these lessons. Think we need a Clapton crossroads. 🎸
Love it, love it, love it ! Jimi’s so cool. Also loving some of the facial expressions you’re pulling.
Those are amazing licks! Thanks, Mike!
