I'm sure BWS is thankful to KHY and genuinely praised her, but LSH truly acknowledged the hardships she has faced and how she took care of everyone around her despite that. Considering that they didn't have many scenes together, for him to notice this in such detail speaks volumes. It shows that Seunghyub truly admires Hyeyoon as an artist and aspires to be like her. Even she was touched when he complimented her and responded with "really?" twice. I'm glad she was able to attend his concert before going to Bali, taking time out of her busy schedule. I agree, plus I wonder how much LSH knows about her struggle and burn out during filming 🤔 and praised her by acknowledging that. It’s deeper than just praising her for her good acting. I also noticed with BWS that he praises her the way we as (audience) see her like she laughs a lot on set, funny or pretty or cute etc. I appreciate him saying all these good things about her but in the back of my head, there is always that voice that says maybe this is just fan service since it is his first lead role. She was more mature or feminine, or should I say her playfulness is more restricted. Idk if it somehow because of the atmosphere during the set but you can see her playfulness at the BTS during ep1-2. Another thing is I noticed that during the Bts, HY and WS don’t really talk or connect as their own person. Its because they have to play the roles of Sunjae and Sol even if its during waiting time. Im sure what they always talk about is how to execute their lines perfectly or maybe laugh on some funny things around. Then when the scene is over, they had to separate ways like do another scene alone or whatever. There is really no time for both of them to connect as HY and WS on a deeper level. So thats why in this interview, people were surprised and impressed that LSH voiced out his opinion about Hyeyoon’s struggle. How brave he is! 😁😁

She was instructed by the director to act more feminine as the director mentioned in his interview so it can happen that she followed the instructions. The thing about both KHY and BWS not connecting on deeper level is not entirely true bcoz whatever they talked about most of the time involved their scenes bt on episode 9- 10 where she goes to him for comfort after the emotional scene proves that he definitely is more open to help her and if they wouldn't have had any connections I don't think she would have approached him. Many of their interactions have been cut bcoz of crazy fan shipping that commented about them being together and all. They definitely did fan service in salon drip and BWS did appreciated her as a colleague more than a person and it gets clear as we go through the interview again. I appreciate LSH praised her quality of thinking about others which shows she is more than a cute, fun girl. I hope in next project she doesn't feel so much of burnout.

I agre with her, my fav ending scene was knowing he fell for her first. LIKE OMG!!! EVERYTHING MADE SENSE! As to why he treated her so well when she was a fan in the future. I loved how they made the background support the story line. At the beginning I was like "It's too much drama-like if her idol treats her well several time. Why would a celebrity stop by and offer her their umbrella to a fan? and then offer to bring her home?" (I mean I know she was in wheelchair and that celebrities are human too, but those kind of action can make a fan to be obsessive so they usually avoid it). BUT when you know he did all of that because he remembers her 😭😭❤❤❤❤

BWS in all his interviews have praised Hye Yoon numerous times but never mentioned anything about Hye Yoon’s burnout or he did not noticed it?or maybe I just missed an article where he said something about it? everything I read so far, is praising her acting but just not that deep enough
What I like in this interview though is when LSH praised her, I feel like he knows and acknowledged that Hye yoon had burnout but still persevered. Him praising Hyeyoon feels like they have more deeper connection than BWS autopilot praises. Dont hate me please, Im a BWS Hye yoon shipper, but after following all their interviews (and not just watching edited clips) it does feel like now its more fan service. they do have a really good chemistry and it does look like something is there, but their relationship look like not that close enough.
*this reminded me of kdrama plots, where in the 2nd ML always knows how the FL is struggling, but the main ML doesnt know anything, just that ML is inlove with FL😅
Exactly this!!!. The thing is BWS gets too deep in his character whoever have watched the 20th century girl promotion would know that. I think he can't differentiate between his feeling and his characters feeling for KHY. It can be also bcoz it's his 1st time as a sole ML where he got both fame and happy memories in return. All the interviews that I have seen r him praising her left- right and centre bt Is anyone even focusing on the words? He is grateful to her definitely bt in YOU QUIZ he did mentioned about the energy he got from her and how she helped him. I think he likes her on the term of how she makes him feel. Him not acknowledging about her burnout is a different topic bcoz nobody knew it, even we fans got to know about it after her appearance in a variety show where she mentioned about burnout. I think we should all accept it that they confused their characters feelings for each other mostly BWS as real and it's alright. For now I don't see them as more than a colleague as per Hyeyoon's word. Hope for the best for each of them.
Whoa, that really makes sense. I'm sure BWS is thankful to KHY and genuinely praised her, but LSH truly acknowledged the hardships she has faced and how she took care of everyone around her despite that. Considering that they didn't have many scenes together, for him to notice this in such detail speaks volumes. It shows that Seunghyub truly admires Hyeyoon as an artist and aspires to be like her. Even she was touched when he complimented her and responded with "really?" twice. I'm glad she was able to attend his concert before going to Bali, taking time out of her busy schedule. His words must have meant a lot to her. I hope they continue to remain friends and stay in touch for a long time.
I agree, plus I wonder how much LSH knows about her struggle and burn out during filming 🤔 and praised her by acknowledging that. It’s deeper than just praising her for her good acting.
I also noticed with BWS that he praises her the way we as (audience) see her like she laughs a lot on set, funny or pretty or cute etc. I appreciate him saying all these good things about her but in the back of my head, there is always that voice that says maybe this is just fan service since it is his first lead role. So, we’ll see how he will treat his FL on his next drama.
As for Hyeyoon, as a long time fan of hers since Sky Castle, she acted different here during on shoot. She was more mature or feminine, or should I say her playfulness is more restricted. Idk if it somehow because of the atmosphere during the set but you can see her playfulness at the BTS during ep1-2. She was hitting the director, Park Tae Hwan and WS. 😅 but then its different for the next eps. She still does make faces or even being sarcastic (which is her natural behaviour) specially if WS becomes too flirty. I cant help but wonder maybe she was instructed to not be like that for BtS camera. 🤔🤔🤔 since we all know that bts also adds a great impact to the chemistry of the lead actors.
Another thing is I noticed that during the Bts, HY and WS don’t really talk or connect as their own person. Its because they have to play the roles of Sunjae and Sol even if its during waiting time. Im sure what they always talk about is how to execute their lines perfectly or maybe laugh on some funny things around. Then when the scene is over, they had to separate ways like do another scene alone or whatever. There is really no time for both of them to connect as HY and WS on a deeper level.
So thats why in this interview, people were surprised and impressed that LSH voiced out his opinion about Hyeyoon’s struggle. How brave he is! 😁😁

She was instructed by the director to act more feminine as the director mentioned in his interview so it can happen that she followed the instructions. The thing about both KHY and BWS not connecting on deeper level is not entirely true bcoz whatever they talked about most of the time involved their scenes bt on episode 9- 10 where she goes to him for comfort after the emotional scene proves that he definitely is more open to help her and if they wouldn't have had any connections I don't think she would have approached him. Many of their interactions have been cut bcoz of crazy fan shipping that commented about them being together and all. They definitely did fan service in salon drip and BWS did appreciated her as a colleague more than a person and it gets clear as we go through the interview again. I appreciate LSH praised her quality of thinking about others which shows she is more than a cute, fun girl. I hope in next project she doesn't feel so much of burnout.
