Hey everyone. This video was put together before the news of Sid's passing. The next episode (from Sid's homestate and also featuring the classic "half the brain" promo) will be dedicated to the big man. RIP Sid Vicious. Master & Ruler of the World!
RIP Sid. One of my favorite big man wrestlers ever and had such a great presence in pro wrestling. It'll always be time to kick or be kickin' on Reliving The War.
A big what if was if Sid Justice did not get that bicep injury and he was able to work at the 1991 Survivor Series. That team of LOD, the Big Boss Man, and Sid Justice is over the top.
Worth noting. Scott Hall is wearing a Walter Payton jersey during his opening promo, Walter was his backup at Summerslam 1994 and passed away the week prior to this episode of Nitro. Nice tribute by the man.
@@LarsOfTheMohicans this was the second time I heard of a "Work shoot" promo First was Loose Cannon Brian Pillman calling Eric Bishoff "Creative" and Kevin Sullivan " Booker man" My uncle taught me the pro wrestling lingo and backstage lingo when I was growing up

Oh yes, my all-time favorite Nitro ever, we got Kimberly running around terrified of David Flair even though she ran him over last week, we got Bam Bam getting counted out of existence (apparently), we got more of the title tournament that makes even less sense this week than it did last week, we got Dustin Rhodes telling us that he sucks, Seven sucks, Goldust sucks, and this show sucks too... what more could you possibly want? This is a train wreck of epic proportions but you just can't look away, even though you'll probably want to lol... oh and how could I forget about Boss Man's poem on Raw? Wrestling in November 99 feels like a fever dream. RIP Sid, we love ya big man
Thank you for keeping this going Wrestling Bios! This is easily the best series on RUclips ever. It’s been an amazing trip down nostalgia lane, and I’m looking forward to it continuing.
This would be Austin's last Raw appearance until September 25th, 2000 and his last Raw appearance on the USA Network until October 3rd, 2005 (at the AAC in Dallas, TX).
Sid was always one of my favorites when I was growing up. One of the greatest big men of all time. Farewell to the Master and Ruler of the World😢. I love you Brother. Thanks for the matches and memories
Can’t wait for Kurt ! He was the unsung hero of this era. Could wrestle his ass off, was a goodie 2 shoes heel, had a good promo game and worked well with practically everyone.
man i been watching this series since basically day one and i look forward to these videos every week. the nostalgia it has brought me the last few years is ineffable. i will shed a tear when this is all over.
I remember watching Bossman's poem in the breakroom when I was at work. All my coworkers didn't follow professional wrestling, and they were all horrified because they apparently believed that it was a completely organic moment where Ray was literally mocking Paul's dead Father.
The Seven promo is finally here on RTW. It’s unironically one of my favorite promos for all the wrong reasons, but I thought it was entertaining. RIP Sid Vicious
I'm so torn! While I love seeing a new episode of RTW every week, it just inches us closer and closer to the end! We're almost to 2000! I don't want it to end!
There’s a time when a company asks you to do something that is simply over the line and you should morally reject. I’m talking to you Big Boss Man and that cancer speech

RIP Sid. One of my favorite big man wrestlers ever and had such a great presence in pro wrestling. It'll always be time to kick or be kickin' on Reliving The War.
You should use the opportunity to raise money for children's softball.
“you tried to make me look like a jackass” Sid’s promos are very funny.

Once again we say goodbye to another performer we’ve grown to appreciate more thanks to this series. RIP SID

Great point
I was about to point that out, thanks friend.
He had a dope wu tang shirt on the week before
Damn, Walter was only 46 when he passed.
Man your on point frfr and RIP Walter!
Dustin's face says it all in the thumbnail about the Seven debut.
And the state of WCW.
Glad he at least got to say what a shitty gimmick it was to everyone. Dustin rules.

"YES, A 10 COUNT, IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA, DURING A FUCKIN' HARDCORE MATCH!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That got me 🤣
😂😂WCW in 99, ladies and gentlemen
Only 99-01 wcw could pull something like that lol.. I was barely flipping to nitro at this time so I’m seeing a lot of their demise for the 1st time.
From the people who brought us "Bret Hart wins the World Title when Roddy Piper randomly covers Goldberg"

Lol that Bossman heel push was great! 😂👍
I think this Seven character is going to save WCW’s ratings
Spoiler alert: “It last for 1 day”😂

Ah, the wrestler named Seven, who debuted on the **eighth** of November.
So close 😂
Bossman’s heel tactics were off the charts 😂 I’m surprised he didn’t get dirty dom levels of heat.
He kind of did. Remember "X-Pac Heat"? Well it was originally called "Bossman Heat", so we might start getting to the origin of that concept soon.
