As much as i am starting to get tied of sandblasting after 21 years Mick 😊 watching your videos makes me want to turn up to work every week and keep having a crack 👊. Thank you my mate 👍 🙏
@@Mobileblaster You should get some big hose rollers so you can pull out the hose and roll it up quickly(for the blast hose and breathing air hose) ....maybe you already have that..
@TheMobileBlaster I've yet to find a swivel for the blast hose so kinda pointless as ya would need to disconnect and reconnect every time so I don't fink it would save any time
So great to watch mate. Especially seeing the streets of England 🏴 so different to Australia 🇦🇺. Love ya work mate 👍. Amazing mobile blasting set up legend 👌🤙👍🫶
Hello from Ontario Canada love watching your vids they are very fun to watch you could try using dry ice sand blasting to get the gunk off the curtains I see it being used on engines and it does not seem to damage any of the sensitive components but I’m sure you know all about that since your in the sandblasting industry lol
😊 it would be a nice project for dry ice but the costs involved I will try the chemical root well I know TFR don't get it off next chem I will try is tar and glue remover see if that will clean them up 👌👍
Tbh Mate first tought was circusfann when i saw that rainbow color foil. haha but i must say looks pretty cool tbh . Little tip mate get yourself some industrial truck degreaser . to get that fann like new. hopefully the new fan and the recently bought diesel compressor treats you well for a long time now without any problems.
Mick you got so much patience with that printer thing. What about bike de greaser & jet hoes. de greaser 1£ land don't be put off as cheap. Edit: 7:04 Looking Sharp 👍
5:20 Have you considered soda blasting the canvas sides and maybe using plywood on the backside to keep the canvas from "flapping in the breeze. It's an option if the other suggestions don't work.
I wouldn't pick this 1 its what my partner wanted as a Xmas present as it dose mugs and fabric cutting etc I would pick a cutter that's got a wide bed so your not limited to 300mm wide and 600mm long plus I would get 1 that cuts without a backing borad as these work out expensive
Panie dobrze Pan elegancko tą dźwignię wypiaskował ale czemu pan tych profili kwadratowych skorodowanych chyba nie wypiaskował jak to wygląda trzeba wszystko piaskować do porządku I później malować Pozdrawiam serdecznie👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice Video Micky use bilthamber Touch-less in a snowfoam lance with hot water 900ml and 100ml touch less that should do the trick leave the foam on the your car for max 5 min and do this in the shadow not in direct sun
@@Mobileblaster In other words, you could remove the plaster and that would take the plant residue with it?😁 That's about what I thought, but hope dies last...
@feynthefallen no it will remove the ivy but stencil the plaster as it's softer than the media if the ivy was on a harder serface it would remove the ivy and be fine 👍
All that will be determined with your cfm pointless using my specs if you have less than 425cfm also media grade etc som e media's work well with lower cfm and others work at the other end of the scale so you would need to find the cfm and psi of your air supply
GOOD JOB ..why don't you put some heavy blanckets underneath where you work...100% you won't make so much dust and after you leave the place will be clean, ..I think that in 3-5 minutes it would be enough for you to place them...
It shouldn't it means the compressor is running hot or got oil in the mix (I know for sure that's not the case tho) or the media mix is too lean and the air is not cool enough for the water traps to separate the water.
I tried this yesterday and its not done anything I believe someone has used thinners to remove the glue left over from the last set of stickers and make things worse 😔

Lettering looks really good! Truck is coming along nice too.
🫡😊 I've got more planned for it but at least I can get it to work 👌

I put the road driving clips in just for you Scott 😬😎😊👌
Get Bilt Hamber Surfex HD. You can dilute it down but I reckon neat would get that off with zero dramas. Great stuff. UK made
I believe someone has used thinners to remove the glue left behind from previous stickers and made it worse 😔
Witam. Super. Praca wykonana wzorowo. :)

We have hardly used it to be fair it was a waste of money 😂 but at least I keep giving it jobs 😬 I got her to do the compressor a few months back 😎
I can envision a whole new channel, "Arts and crafts with Mick"
😂😎👍
An av just subscribed .local lad.nice to see thi old kok .knocking it art
😊👌👍 wi try 😆
Oh aye
Hi Mick, try some tfr on the curtains, spray it on leave for a couple lf mins then scrub it off with a brush and hot water.
Thanks that's today's job 😬😎
I must say passenger front tyre looks a good en 😄😄
😬😂
Pressure washing the vinyl sides.
,and get metal poles for vinyl sides to make a canopy 😊
That's not a bad idea 🫡😬👍

I've always wanted to build a rig like this I'm not fully done just yet with it but at least I can send it to work as it is 😬👌🫡
Try some TFR,
Traffic Film Remover. Most car detailing shops sell it.
Thanks I totally forgot I had some farm spec TFR al give that a try tomorrow 👌🤞

Be cheaper to buy new curtains 😂 its expensive stuff and hard to work with 😬
Your truck looks amazing mate 👌. How good is having your best mate helping you. Great job Kirsty ❤.
I definitely wouldn't have been able to use that cutter without her help 😊👌👍
Try a bit of diesel on your side curtains, the drivers at a haulage depot I guarded swore by it.
I've tried fram spec TFR today and that's not done anything 😕
Hi Mick have you got a link for the vinyl cutter please? I'm interested in purchasing one.

Al try this tfr I've got if that doesn't do anything al try that 👌👍
Reyt job pal
Thanks mate 👍 👌
Question: Can you remove ivy and woodbine residue off plastered brick walls?
No well yes but it will stencil on the plaster if it was brick then it would depend on the media psi and Facade strength
@@Mobileblaster In other words, you could remove the plaster and that would take the plant residue with it?😁 That's about what I thought, but hope dies last...

Amazing job.surely you ain't using j blast in a t shirt 😂😂😂
Skin like a rhino 😬😎 425cfm @ 125psi aswell 🫡 no fear well just a little that's what the gloves was for haha

Ciao, sono un collega italiano, posso chiederti che tipo di ugello utilizzi? Per caso Clemco?
Grazie e buona giornata
No it's a power plus nosel but I believe you can get them from anyone xl or pp 👍
what's the blast hose diameter and what media and number you use?
All that will be determined with your cfm pointless using my specs if you have less than 425cfm also media grade etc som e media's work well with lower cfm and others work at the other end of the scale so you would need to find the cfm and psi of your air supply
I am generally asking. Its pretty handy that's why.@@Mobileblaster
What type of truck is that… love it
Iveco 72c 180 (7.2ton gross 180bhp) 20ft x 8ftx 11ft body 👌👍

hi mich, while you working us a sand blaster and own your own business how you price your jobs?
Like any other trade I know how much said job is likely to cost me I add my labour and that's the job price 👍
i wonder why the air and media come out as a blue colour.
It shouldn't it means the compressor is running hot or got oil in the mix (I know for sure that's not the case tho) or the media mix is too lean and the air is not cool enough for the water traps to separate the water.
Get gunk off side with either white spirit or petrol. Matt
Nice shout I will try them 👌👍
Don't feel bad. You're hardly the first guy to find out that cutting and applying vinyl decals is a lot harder than it looks.
😂😆 it's like most other things in life yeah it looks easy untill ya try it haha
Tfr should clean that off
I tried this yesterday and its not done anything I believe someone has used thinners to remove the glue left over from the last set of stickers and make things worse 😔
Good morning how are you brother I know this work please give me a business for this work I have been doing this work for seven years
