I’ve been checking out all kinds of properties on U Tube like this but by far this property is one of the best I’ve seen.. love the seclusion, the yard,,garden outdoor set up,although the main quarters needed a Reno !! But overall perfect 👍 my taste! Yup how far is it from the Highway 🛣 and Manila. Is there a HOH fee?? Is it legit?

- From the main road, its around 10mins.
- From Manila, its around 3hrs away depending where in Manila exactly.
- No HOA fee yet but there will be one soon once the footpath has been converted to a small road for atvs.
- Yes, very legit

From the main road its around 10mins po. Clean documents, no issues sa property except for some minor repairs.

You should start at entrance or facade of the house
Hi, thanks for the comment, that is actually sa entrance of the house. The house is surrounded by plants that's why I cant get a good view of the facade
Nice property. Since the pathway is a common area, may HOA fees?
No HOA fees yet. Although they have an initiative to convert the pathway into a small road accessible to atvs and small 4x4. The cost will be shared by the Homeowners and after that I think there will be a HOA fee to maintain. Will have to wait for official statement from them.

Hi partly po. Owner used plants as fence. Security is not an issue in the community po. They have been living there for more than a decade and they didn't encounter any problems with security
