The imagery of Magneto tied down with the power dampener is very reminiscent of Cullen Buns Magneto run from 2014, I wonder if anything from that run will get adapted or if this is just a coincidence.

Even if he was already dead/even though he didn't die, Rogue still meant to kill him, and letting go of him without catching him before he hit the ground, effectively makes her a murderer, in a moral sense. It's like if someone holds an empty gun to someone's else's head and pulls the trigger, 100% believing it's loaded; they might not have actually killed anyone, but technically they irreversibly crossed that moral line. Rogue "killed" him out of anger even though he was already harmless at that point, and so still has to live with her decision, understandable though her pain may be.

There is a error, I am Mexican, and the statue that Rouge flies by is The Angel of Independence (not Innocent).
It commemorates the war waged by the Mexicans against the Spanish crown and its oppression. It is one (if not the most) popular landmark in Mexico City.
It could foreshadow a mutant war against human oppression. But it fits more in the story from the previous chapter where Charles talks about the colonization of non-white races.

Loved my best gal Rogue on the rampage, but also how Wolverine cried out for Morph when they were kicked across the room by Prime Sentinel. Gentle reminder - Morph is confirmed as non-binary in this series. 🙆🤍💛💜🖤

Wrong. The last issue of the Torn arc (AXM #18) outright stated (or as good as) that the flashback scene (in AXM #13) where Emma met Nova was a false memory implanted by latter to make it easier for her to control Emma. Re-read the scene where Scott, Beast and Wolverine explains everything to the others, especially the part where "a voice inside her" suggested to Emma that "even Genosha was all her fault".
Additionally, it's never been suggested later on (in handbooks or comics) that Nova was responsible for the diamond form, it's always been referred to as a secondary mutation.
Also keep in mind that the Cuckoos (Emma's genetic daughters) have manifested diamond forms, was that Nova as well? (Sublime harvested the eggs for cloning them well before Nova arrived on the scene).
