Out of the list, I've read Educated and When breath becomes air. Both great books. When Breath Becomes Air is probably the only nonfic that had me crying for several hours. From the authors mentioned here, I've read Jhumpa Lahiri's Interpreter of Maladies. It's a collection of short essays (fiction), where each story shows the life of the protagonists through a different cultural lens. Check it out if you haven't already. Another nonfic which is one my list is - Time and Navigation: The Untold Story of Getting from Here to There. Great video overall, keep up the good work!
