IGNOU study materials are best.. As a guide book Gullybaba is short and precise but related to ignou study materials. Neeraj is little deeper than Gyllybaba, but language is little bit tough and unrelated to ignou materials.
@@TechDoot1 but it is said gully baba is in only question and answers form previous year is also there in it but there is no summary in the book related to chapters whereas in neeraj it have summary and previous year question too in question answers form...

Both publishers are good. The language of GPH book is same to IGNOU study materials. Neeraj is different. So you can go for GPH.
