I like the holding plugs for the final work. I had seen others use hot wax/ glue, which could be a bit shaky at the end. Thank you for letting us see your work.
Great job and a beutifull finish. Things like this always look easy after you know how it is done. im sure those who think this is easy then I bet they cant even design this in Cad and do the Cam and program the tool paths to code the CNC
Amazing, thanks for posting! At George Brown College, CAD/CAM course, I programed the CNC Mill to cut out a 2 inch diameter sphere, inside a 2inch cube. But before the sphere was released inside the cube, the 1/8 ball end mill broke. Ohhh, so close, and I only got one shot, but I still have it till this day, LOL!
Congratulations. This way you have a trophy for your efforts and ability to get that far. I have experienced those Oh Crap! moments as well. It is amazing how large a crowd a small endmill can create.
I will certainly look forward to your video being posted. In the meantime, I have machined a four inch diameter spheres inside of a six inch cube. When I had finished, no one would believe it, just because they couldn’t envision it.

@@helloslayer666 Не так все просто))) Разработка программы, наладка станка занимают довольно много времени. Если делать адын штук - практически то же время, что и вручную на токарнике. А вот если заказать серию в 100, а лучше 1000шт, - тогда, конечно, да!
@@EvgenShakhin разница в изготовлении, на токарном руками и интереснее и думать надо, а тут программа отрабатывает. Чертеж сделал, через компилятор прогнал и голова не думает, только палец на мышке)))

1999 i made 3 pcs from brass material in Hungary. I still have them with me now in Canada.
In 80s I made many in conventional lathe 💪
После обработки пяти сторон я заливал все полости парафином и делал последнюю сторону.Парафин потом растапливал.

А разница какая? Что есть в наличии, на том и делают. На токарке не сложнее... Все с токарки кстати и пошло, все это баловство типа высший пилотаж)))
