This video is absolutely incredible, passengers wait for their relatives but do they suspect something happened? How is it the CBS news cameraman is already here, making the video? And what did feel waiting relatives when seeing video cameraman, doctors, firemen, and Air France staff? But nobody among relatives asked them what they were all doing here??? Has the CBS news journalist already learnt the bad news?
Here is my guess. As you can see in the first part of the video, the screen with all the arrivals shows that the time is 12:23 at the far left top corner. The plane as you also can see was supposed to land 11:15. So the plane had not arrived yet and is now more than an hour delayed. All the other planes have landed. For a plane to be more than an hour delayed is not normal, and there has not been an update with a new arrival time. I believe at this point concerns had been growing. All kinds of rumors were circulating and I think that the media, the relatives waiting for their loved ones, and airport staff knew that something was wrong. Because there hasn't been a rapport of an air crash and because there is no radio contact with the plane, hopes are that the plane somehow is still in the air. There is another video on youtube, where the airport asks the relatives to come up to the Air France information desk, through the speakers. I think everybody kinda found out something was wrong at the same time. RIP to all the people that lost their lives. Hope they are in a better place.
please do not think that all Americans are a like... There are always some less education then others but even as an American I am shame of most big city dwellers of their very NEEDY come serve me now for many years if I needed some i had to make it first so I could have it //Once I ask a few tourist of Central Florida aera my location if some thing bad to happen what would they do, I listen then got my horse and rode away the buss that brought them there broke down. no Mickey Mouse for them
