Nous étions partie de Boisbriand en direction du camping de la rivière Ouelle dans le compté de Kamouraska au Québec ( Canada ) pour un séjour de 6 jours . Vous verrez un peu la route pour se rendre puis à notre arrivé une fois installé nous nous rendons sur le bord du fleuve pour admirer le beau coucher de soleil que l'on croyais avoir manqué .

We left Boisbriand towards the Ouelle river campsite in Kamouraska county in Quebec (Canada) for a 6-day stay. You will see a bit of the road to get then on our arrival once installed we go to the edge of the river to admire the beautiful sunset that we thought we had missed.

Yes indeed you veer know …and as I said in the video we didn’t se the sun all day so we weren’t expecting nothing for the evening…we even taught we wouldn’t see the sun at all …it was really something to see !

Glad to read you here again 👩❤️👨 Yes this place is absolutely stunning for sunsets …we are also going back beginning of September to see more from this amazing place in Kamouraska county. We are fine and just came back from a small vacation trip in Ontario at the Voyageur Provincial Park campground which is on the land of my ancestors that was flooded in the early 60’s from the construction of Carillon dam . Yes I was born in Ontario Hawkesbury .

Yes we never expected this sunset that evening 😳 Just to let you know a about us a bit …this was filmed in the end of June this year while doing a small road trip in Kamouraska county more coming from it in a few days . First I never received a notification for your comment…youtube again 🤪 second we just came back from a small vacation trip of 3 day in Ontario and I wasn’t on yt since we didn’t had WiFi there and I didn’t want to used my cellphone because I didn’t had time and not enough gigs . I went on the land of my ancestors…my father was expropriated in the early 60’s because they were building a dam…Carillon Dam just west of Montreal.We stayed in a campground at the Voyageur State park exactly built on the other half of the land that is left …the other half is flooded. I used my drone and filmed around the we also went to the village nearby ( Chute-à-Blondeau) where my parents and grandparents, uncles and aunts are buried in the cemetery behind the church and payed them a visit .
More coming from this amazing place where the sunsets are breathtaking! We also decided to go back in September for a 3 days stay in the same campground next to the St-Lawrence river in Rivière-Ouelle .

On ne s’attendaient vraiment pas à ça ! D’ailleurs nous y retournons 4 jours en début septembre.
Nous revenons d’un séjour de trois en Ontario à Chute-à-Blondeau au camping des Voyageurs dans le Parc Provincial qui est construit sur la terre de mes ancêtres. Mon père c’est fait exproprier au débuts des années 60 à cause du barrage de Carillon . La terre qui a aussi appartenu à mon grand-père à été inondé à moitié environ . J’ai filmé avec mon drone et aussi au sol , puis nous avons fait une visite au cimetière derrière l’église et avons aussi rendus visite à une cousine de mon père qui nous a raconté des choses de l’époque ,elle demeure encore à Chute-à-Blondeau . Moi je suis Ontarien né à Hawkesbury et baptisé à Chute-à Blondeau , je sui parti de la en 1957 à l’âge de 18 mois .

It was a day that we didn’t see the sun it was cloudy and at the last minutes of the day came an opening in the sky with these colors …it was one of our nicest sunset of the summer .

Rivière Ouelle dans Kamouraska est un endroit idéal pour voir ces magnifiques coucher de soleil , tu peux aller voir sur Facebook
" Kamouraska en photos " tu verras des photos incroyablement belles. Les montagnes de l’autre côté sont celle de Charlevoix qui ajoute au décor une touche spécial à ces couchers de soleil .

This place in Kamouraska county is so nice we decided to go back in September for a 4 days camping again at the same campground. We just came back from another small vacation trip of 3 nights at the campground in the Voyageur State park in Ontario . As you may know I was born in Hawkesbury and my father was expropriated by Hydro Quebec in the early 60’s . They flooded the land about half of if and built this state park we were living in Chute-à-Blondeau at that time . So I went back there to film and visit the cemetery where my parents and grandparents oncles and aunts are buried. I also flew my drone around so people will see what’s all about . J'aime la nouveauté et cette introduction originale, "eh, eh, eh" comme tu le dis à la fin de l'intro . Petit farceur Serge .... "May be the sun is behind the clouds .... ?" Nous revenons d’un petit séjour de trois jours en camping en Ontario où nous n’avions pas le wifi mais seulement mon cell ( pas beaucoup de Gig ) donc j’ai pas répond à personne pratiquement. J’ai fait voler mon drone au-dessus de la terre ancestrale de mes grands-parents et parents et nous avons visité le cimetière où ils sont enterré à Chutes-à-Blondeau derrière l’église . Je vais éventuellement faire une vidéo de ce séjour . Oui cette soirée là avoir fait voler le drone ça aurais été superbe mais comme nous n’avions pas vue Le Soleil de la journée jamais je me doutais ce qui nous attendaient 😳 Tout un spectacle ce soir là! D’ailleurs Hélène voulait y retourner prochainement…je lui ai fait une surprise en réservant un 4 jours au même camping , c’est à 4 1\2 h de chez-nous.
