****** CUP OF HAPPINESS RECIPE *******
CHOCOLATE CREAM
395g condensed milk
400g of cream
40g chocolate powder
80g chocolate chips (I used 40g milk chocolate + 40g semi-sweet chocolate)
NEST MOUSSE
395g condensed milk
200g of cream
200g whole Ninho milk
60g margarine or butter
10g of emulsifier
** Yield per recipe: 8 glasses of Happiness
** I used the 200ml bubble cup from Pra Festa;
** Each Kinder Bueno package comes with 2 chocolate bars. I used 1 and a half bars in each glass. In other words, 6 Kinder packs to assemble the 8 cups.
** The total cost of the recipe was R$59.96 (including Kinder Bueno) and each cup can be sold between R$20.00 and R$24.00.
