Wow I'm really digging your tripod stuff man. Best and most comprehensive I've seen on youtube so far. For whatever reason, the tripod was just not discussed as a viable method of standing up where I wrestled at in high school.
In Judo many people call a "Peterson Roll' a "Fat Man Roll" , when I discovered this move I deemed it a "Short Fat Man Roll" and I hit it pretty regular. I've always done the more athletic version from the knees but I assume you get much more power from the tripod, thanks for posting this I'm sure I can put it to use!
Good coaching, but that’s definitely not a move you can show everyone … actually very few could pull it off. As soon as you put your hips on top of your opponent he has the advantage of leverage . Most will end up on their backs trying to execute a really cool looking move
Some of the best grappling instruction I've seen. Wrestling, BJJ, etc. All very relevant.
High level 🔥🔥🔥
