+GamerGee Whiplash is a DOS game. It works with win95 because win95 builds on DOS. Same on Win98. Maybe you need additional DOS drivers. But you can know this for sure when you try it :-)
Because NFS II SE supports only this resolution. Higher resolutions are only possible with an additional Glide-Wrapper. But in this case it makes no sense, because the video was made with original hardware. Nothing is emulated. Have a look at the specs :-)

I am trying to run NFS II SE on voodoo 2 SLI, but all I got when run nfs2ea.exe is black screen, and then desktop again... Any clues how to fix it?
Is this the vanilla game or a remake? I don't remember having dynamic lighting.
It's the original version. No remake or added mods.
It's running on a 3dfx graphics card (now Nvidia).

I don't use dosbox here. The game runs on real hardware. No emulation.
