nice i was last year september 2016 in china in beijing and i also when to summer palace, national museum, forbidden city, great wall, solana mall, panda zoo, temple of heaven, confucius , beijing national stadium ect it was a wonderfull experience.
I'm going to China in a few weeks and wasn't really excited, but your videos changed all that! Now I can't wait to go! Thank you Jason! Can I ask what song is playing at 4:18? My Shazam application won't recognize it. Thanks again!
👋 I really like your travel channel. I've been to Beijing too and loved it. Your shots and edits are awesome! It was nice to relive my travels at the summer palace through your video!! I love connecting with other travel junkies! I subscribed and look forward to watching your videos! I just made a travel channel too and would love it if you checked it out 😊 keep up the good work!!
you missed the fact that we the audience don't want scripted travel guides, channels like this work because my generation prefer to hear things from other regular people just like us and not some paid guide. I never watch travel guides because they almost always sugarcoat everything to make things either vanilla or palatable to watchers. Kids like these have the edge of being relatable and regular
Go during Chinese New Years. Some of the best weather + over a third of the population gone back home = nicely empty streets and attractions. It really tones down the insanity. Highly recommend visiting Mt. Xiang during that time too, since you get a spectacular view of Beijing. The climb will warm you up nicely from the exercise and the air is fantastic. Obviously nothing like Chengdu but it feels a lot more like 70s and 80s Beijing.
I really like this guy, he seems friendly, open-mindede and less judgmental
Wow! National theatre of beijing is a beautiful building...
Very nice video :-) such a positive person!

Great vid! What is your favourite bit about Beijing?
The hutongs south of Tiananmen Square, those narrow streets were always buzzing - great food, unique shops, and full of travellers.
Sounds great. just realised I haven't been to a proper Hutong in central Beijing even though I lived in the city there for almost 15 years lol
you were there at the end of march? how was the weather? hot?
This was in August, it was about 30C
How spicy is the food? Didn't it give your stomach a bad time?
I LOVE China
Nice city
